The room was really nice and spacious. The aircon worked perfectly well and they were also kept in contact with use easily through WhatsApp. The bed was comfortable and we really appreciated getting water each day. That was also nice. Plus you can have them clean as well during your stay by flipping the sign so that was nice.

The water pressure was super low. It felt like showering in a stream though we did manage fine just pressure was so off. Also oh the cooking pan was causing issues but other than that everything is fine and good and highly recommend this place for people coming through kata.

The price is good for what you get. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchen with some kitchenware. About a 17 min walk to beautiful Kata beach.

The back of the AC unit in the kitchen heated it up so it was pretty hot in the kitchen. The comforter/blanket was way too small for two people for the double bed, the size is more for one person. If you’re sleeping with two it could be uncomfortable.

Everything brandnew. Very comfortable stay, superclean, great shower and aircon, fast and reliable WiFi and covered motorbike parking. I'm not a fan of stairs so they gave me a great room on the ground floor. Friendly owner-couple and supercute housekeeping.

Personally I like a soft mattress. This mattress is a bit hard for my liking but I'm sure other people prefer a hard mattress so no complaining here.

Quiet location but not far from everything you might need. Super clean and tidy building and room, all very modern with everything working as it should. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful and really couldn't ask for more at this price.

A pool would have been great, but honestly at the price we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Lovely owners and staff. They helped us in everything we needed. Big and comfortable bed. Fully equipped room, with TV, fridge, hair dryer, kettle, microwave and some cutlery. Good location near shops and restaurants, and 15 mins walk from the beach.

The walls are a little bit thin, so if people chat and hang about in the corridor. You can hear them.

Very big, great amenities, quiet area out of town but not too far from it, kind staff and they cleaned every day which was nice!

Saw a ton of ants in the room but they didn’t impact our stay too much. A bit far walk from the main strip but not a bad walk/distance!

Very friendly staff. Wonderful owner. The location of the hotel is in a quiet area. Nearby there are good cafes and shops 7-Eleven.

Not that far away from the beach. We received bottles of water regularly. Everything useful was in the room.

Got an enormous room for a very good price. A bit far from the beach....but still ok

No lift, and room was on 5th floor. But, I will be back there again
