-I stayed solo,female for IM Wisconsin race, most important for me was safety, location and kitchen -very closed to grocery stores, any other fast food, restaurant, parking space -comfortable bed -a bathtub -kitchenette with a large refrigerator is always plus

-Pillows were too small and uncomfortable to sleep with -i personally breakfast was not great. Even though we have a kitchen in the room, they could offer better varieties. I wasn’t happy about breakfast -house keeping every 3 days. I didn’t mind because I am a neat person and traveled alone so I could manage m, but it’ll be frustrating for some of moms who are with kids or messy partners.

The staff was very helpful; they allowed me a complimentary late check out on my last day. They also tried to help lower the noise from the room above me. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was standard; coffee was above average.

The soundproofing between floors isn't great. My last two nights, I had trouble sleeping because of music and loud footsteps in the room above. The management did request the guests to lower the volume, which helped for a while. I just had bad luck, but ask for a top floor room, if you can.

Clean attractive kitchen with full size refrigerator, recliner chair, comfortable bed and pillow. Nice bathroom. Good water pressure. Room is cleaned every other day. Breakfast room is very clean. Like lemon water in the lobby. Convenient to variety of restaurants and stores. Pool and hot tub. Convenient free parking. Free wifi worked well.

Breakfast could be nicer, no eggs when I went and would be more convenient if it was served til 10:00 am instead of 9:30 am.

The stay at Main Stay was excellent. Everything new and updated. Even a new king mattress. Had a full size refrigerator, two burner cook top, microwave, cooking utensils, pans, sieve, eating utensils, plates, cups and saucers. Was a very spacious room. Reminded me of an efficiency apt. Best room I've stayed in, in a longtime. Best bang for the buck.

Only complaint was TV programming. A news channel and shopping channels was all that was offered. Other programming had to be purchased.

Clean, quiet, spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, standard breakfast (usual assortment of eggs, meat, cereals, waffles, etc.). Liked having a well-equipped kitchen in our room. Nice pool and fitness center, and close to Madison bike trails. ☹️Musty smell on carpet from leaky A/C unit (Room 411).

I thought our room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I liked the breakfast options. An included breakfast that includes fresh fruit, good coffee and warm food options is always great!

The location is great. We can ride our bikes to many trails from the hotel. The room is big. We put 2 bikes in the room and it's not crowded at all. There are good restaurants within walking distance but the kitchen is convenient to have.

I was greeted immediately when I entered and efficiently checked in. The room was a great value for the price. It was roomy, clean, and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you!

Nothing, all my needs were met.

Breakfast was great. Location was good. Hotel was clean. Staff was ok. Value was fine. Facility was a little older. Grounds were nice. Lobby area was big and comfortable. Would stay there again.

When we checked in to our room, we noticed that somebody had gone #1 in the toilet and left the paper in there. Front desk staff was friendly enough but didn't really extend themselves with information or help.

the front staff was great with directions. the breakfast was good with hot eggs and ham. the beds were comfortable and very clean. the pool and hot tub were operational and good. there was a restaurant down the hill for an easy walk to dinner. the kitchenette and full fridge was a bonus for travellers carrying a cooler full of food.

the ice maker in the fridge took too long to work.
