The hotel was clean and welcoming. The front desk lady was very courteous. The pool area was clean and had fun toys for the kids to play with. Breakfast had a nice variety.

The shower curtain in our room fell down due to a broken shower curtain rod. When the front desk was notified I was told it couldn't be fixed until morning due to no maintenance after 5 pm. My family of 3 had to take showers without a shower curtain.

The staff, especially the Manager, Glenda, and Alekhya were extremely cooperative and helpful. The Owner of the property, Mr.Bob Patel, also went out of his way to assist us and provided all the logistical support that we required during our stay at the property.

The property location is a bit far from the main city, hence we need to hire an Uber or Bus service to commute to the nearest Mall or Supermarket.

Our shower head barely put any water out at all. Made it difficult to shower. Bathroom floor was very slippery when your feet was wet.

Fridge in room coffee in room excellent breakfast with waffles yogurts etc. I was impressed with the pillows— they had both firm and soft. Also impressed with the towels which were plentiful and great. The air conditioning was fabulous—got nice and cold (important in the hot summer heat) would definitely stay again! Oh they also had some frozen meals that you could purchase for your dinner.but Toby’s Supper Club is walkable too!

Initially a bit hard to find for a stranger to the area.

Stayed in handicap accessible room and was excellent. Large room and bathroom. What I REALLY liked (and have never seen in other hotels I've stayed in) is that there was a doorbell outside my room (#319) and when it was rung, a very loud buzzer sounded and lights flashed brightly on and off from a special lighting device on the upper wall. I also thought that the complimentary bottles of water was an excellent idea! And there were even cuisine microwave foods (to buy but not all that expensive if you didn't want to go out) you could put in your microwave in your room. There was a nice selection of snacks by the main desk. Breakfast room is quite large and a very nice selection of hot and cold food items. Room very clean. We stayed here because it was just a 5 minute drive from the Val Galder pick up stop that I needed to catch in the morning.

My only negative comment here is that I didn't realize that I couldn't get a senior or AAA discount at the hotel because I went through Booking.com which is a third party (I was told). I would STRONGLY suggest that Booking.com offer discounts such as these or mention it on their site. I was told at the check in desk that had I gone directly through the hotel I would've been given that discount. But I was unfamiliar with any hotels in the area to spend time searching on my own so I went through Booking.com which was my first time using the website. However, in the future, I'll take the time to find hotels on my own in order to get the discount, which would've been $10 in my case, and for a senior, $10 is a good savings!

The lamp in room did not work. Tried changing lightbulbs but still did not work. I should have mentioned it to front desk but didn't because I wasn't in the room much

The staff was above and beyond kind and welcoming. That alone would have us coming back. On top of that, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the pool area was nice. Great for a few nights away with my family.

No real complaints, the coffee maker in my room didn't work, but wasn't difficult to get some from the breakfast area. Also, it would have been nice to have some adult only swim hours, but not a deal breaker.

the layout of items for the breakfast made it difficult to move around and find the needed pairings. the hotel on its own is just not aesthetically pleasing but it's just outdated.

The location was good, easy off and on the major highway. Rooms were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and had toiletries to use. Big TV, small refrigerator. Breakfast was good. Overall a good stay.

Checking in could have been better. We stood at the check in desk for 10 minutes before a clerk came to wait on us. Once she was there, check in was done in a timely fashion.

I liked how easy it was to book my room and the front desk staff was extremely kind and friendly.

The stairways and hallway outside of both stairways on the ends of the 3rd floor, both smelt strongly of weed. It was difficult to walk through it to escape the scent.
