Friendly staff and clean quiet room. Checked in 10:30 am. Convenient location within a short walk to the Whole Foods, Target, and other stores. Easy to find street parking. Non sweetened oatmeal with your choice of nuts, dried fruits, honey, sugar, cinnamon, etc.

The fridge temperature was set to maximum coldness, so drinks and our food got frozen. Salt added scrambled eggs which were too salty for me.

Appreciated the cable machines in addition to the rest of the gym! Also having small partition between warm up and workout rooms was a great detail. Water station was also great!

Better wayfinding to the gym. Had a hard time locating having taken many wrong turns after exiting the elevator. Not sure where pool or other amenities were.

The hotel was clean and spacious. The lobby was really nice and welcoming. The rooms were large with a very spacious bathroom. Amenities included fridge, microwave, writing desk, wifi, USB charging points, decent wardrobe, hair dryer etc. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were always friendly and personable. Breakfast was adequate. It is located near a large target and other shops in the area. The main mode of transport is taxi or your own private self drive car. Overall - a comfortable, spacious hotel in a nice locality.

A great location for visiting family on the west side of Madison. While you can pay to park at the hotel, you can also park for free on the street or at the Hilldale Mall. The included breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We would greatly appreciate it if the hotel increased the number of times in the week it cleans the rooms. Otherwise we had no complaints and will return to it in the future.

Convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety of food and was well stocked. The common areas were clean and there were an abundance of places for groups of people to gather. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast on Saturday had no coffee or half-half at 9:45, breakfast is until 10, so it would be great to have coffee until then. I wish the bar were open longer and the lights were dimmed more to create a late night/bar atmosphere.

Breakfast was perfect. Good, warm, fresh food and the coffee was good too! I also liked all the open spaces to sit and read a book, visit with friends, lots of natural light/windows, spacious and clean fitness center, and safe neighborhood. Staff was professional and courteous. Thanks for a great stay.

The breakfast was terrific. There were perhaps 100 people that consumed breakfast the morning we were there from 7 AM till 10 AM and the staff kept the quantities of food from being depleted until the end.

Once the people left their tables after eating their breakfast, the tables were not cleaned.

PERFECT LOCATION! Our room was spacious. Nice bed and pillows. Clean lines throughout the property. Breakfast was very good. Nice variety. I also liked having a bar on site. The staff was happy and friendly. Great atmosphere all the way around. Thank you!

You have charged the occupancy sales tax and the state occupancy tax to a Mastercard. We don't have a Master card. We chacked in Dec 13 using a different credit card. We talked to the woman at the reception desk and she changed it to the credit card we used. We thought the issue was solved.
