Liked the staff, decor, quickness of elevator, smelled clean, breakfast, room layout, air conditioning worked, and blackout shade. Also available shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hairdryer, mugs, tea, glasses, etc.

Coffee bar too confined with allowing one user at a time. My room desk lamp didn’t work. My bathroom wallpaper was coming off near shower. My bathroom sink faucet too short so water splashes on counter (kept rolled up washcloth around faucet base).

This hotel is located on the East side of Verona which made it very convenient for visiting my WI family. During the day, there were no people around. It was like our own private gym and pool. By the evening, though, it was full of activity. I'm guessing it must get a lot of business use. The breakfast spread was great. Highly recommend. There is a growing amount of commercial activity around the hotel - Costco, restaurants, etc. It is on the bike trail to Madison (Badger State Trail) and in close proximity to the Ice Age Trail if you are a hiker.

A very nice motel. Staff was great. The location is close to 3 very good restaurants and Wisconsin Brewing Company. Costco basically right across the street. The room was spotless and probably the quietest motel I've ever stayed in. No noise from other doors or people down the hall. The breakfast offered consisted of sausage, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy as well as the regular continental breakfast offerings. There was a pool and bar and an outside area with a very nice long fire pit. Outside eating offered off the bar and breakfast area. Just a really nice place to stay.

The only thing I can think of is the in-room coffee only had enough condiment packets for one cup and there were 4 coffee and 4 tea "bags." However, at the front entrance there was always 3 canisters available.

Everything! The employees were stellar! Pillows and bed super comfortable! Breakfast was good. Decor of entire place felt relaxing and clean.

Even though there was extra space toward the mirror on the countertop in the bathroom, it was difficult to get close enough to the mirror to put my makeup on.

The pet charge was very reasonable. The pool was warm and clean. The breakfast was good but cold. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The toilet was leaking. The pet fee was not included in the quoted price. We need to pay the pet fees at checkout.

Large room with nice amenities. We had a few small maintenance issues with our room (clogged drain, etc) but the staff was quick to fix it & make things right.

It was hard to enjoy the pool area for long. Fumes from the pool chlorine were very strong & it was muggy from the pool being heated. The ability to open windows during the summer might have helped.

The room was very comfortable and we barely heard the guests around us. The breakfast was way better than expected! It was a buffet with assorted items including pancakes, eggs, potatoes, sausage and more.

The sliding door for the bathroom in the room was uncomfortable. There was not a lot of sound or light proofing.

Beautiful facility

Shuttle from the Airport was not available, although it was advertised at the time I reserved the booking. I had to pay $43 for an Uber when I found out after my plane landed that I didn't have a ride to the hotel. I would recommend adding a vending machine with a variety of soft drink options like Dr Pepper for guests. The bar just had Pepsi.

Very clean, nice room. Decent breakfast.

The pool was small and disappointed that it didn’t have a hot tub. There were lots of kids that took over the pool area.

Large barking dog two rooms down, owners let him chew up a stick in the hallway and left it all over. Owners are also not picking up after their dogs outside. Not the hotels fault but it sucks and this is why places charge so much for their pet fees. Wish there were more responsible dog owners.
