No hot tub. Pool water was terrible! should be drained and new water put in plus not really a pool for how small and shallow it was.

Food was good and fresh every morning. Lounge area nice atmosphere and clean

Maid service could have been better

Staff very friendly and available to answer questions. Shuttle to Epic was great and convenient. They also offer shuttle service to restaurants. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Will be staying there again for another upcoming Epic trip.

The food needed a lot of work, and the shower head was broken in our room causing water to absolutely fly everywhere spraying in different directions.

The property felt brand new even though it had been there a few years. The room and facility was immaculate. The room was very spacious, be and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast area was very well stock, clean and had great offerings.

Comfortable room, with furnishings in well cared for condition. Breakfast was attractively and spaciously arranged with good choices. This definitely would be my first choice if I returned to the area.

Room was a little pricey, but everything else was great.

The breakfast was very nice. Could have filled the bagels but there were certainly other options to select from. Also really liked the underground closed parking. My husband had plenty of expensive tools in his truck. They stayed protected.
