Clean room and bathroom with plenty of towels. The breakfast had warm eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, and cinnamon rolls. There was also cereals, fruit, juices, coffee, etc. There was a nice big room for breakfast so we didn't feel like we had to rush to make room for other people.

The employee at front desk seemed unsure when checking us in. Not sure if he was new, but no one was helping him and it took quite some time. We had a room above the mechanical room and there was a loud steady noise throughout the night. Also, the toilet did not flush properly.

The breakfast was just like any American chain hotel, decent, but not great. Cheap plastic and paper products should be eliminated.

Our television remote wasn't working properly, meaning we could not change channels, etc. The man from the front desk came up and did a quick fix, but it was intermittent at best after that. In my opinion, we should have been given a new and working remote. It was definitely a pain.

The price was great. The breakfast was wonderful and the pool was decent for a holiday inn express. The staff were very nice! And the pool towels were huge!! Lol The workout room was great with high-end cardio equipment and dumbbells.

The room constantly felt humid so that made it a little uncomfortable.

Everything was excellent, however I only gave it a 9 as we never ate the breakfast and our tv would not work, but we didn’t report it because we weren’t in the the room much the 2 nights we were there. We don’t watch a lot of tv anyway.

We had family arriving at different times, coming and going, and the staff was super-helpful with each person. They flexed as needed and were always gracious.

Easy check-in, they were able to change our rooms to be more accommodating. Very clean and comfortable beds. breakfast is great but it opens late on weekends. We were there for a swim meet so that was a small issue. Many swimmers needed an earlier breakfast.

The room was clean & spacious. The breakfast was very good. The gym wasn't too hot for working out either.

The AC unit in the room is very loud.

Pleasant staff, very helpful, nice, quiet area, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, fitness center 24 hours (I went at 11:30pm), love that!

The lock on our bathroom door didn't work, and with 2 small grandsons with us, no access bathroom time is an absolute MUST, lol
