Suggestion: change the parking entrance, instead of using a key, use a code valid for the period of stay, so we can park the car directly and then check in.

Even though we didn't buy breakfast we could use some of the facilities and enjoy a coffee, also we filled our flask with hot water. We bought meals we could microwave and we were able to do that in the evening and eat them in the reception area. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Very near the city centre

A kettle in the room would have been nice (we're from Ireland and like to make tea). But that's only a minor issue. Also the staff kindly filled our thermos flask twice but the water wasn't very hot the second time. Again only a minor complaint.

When booking there is no information that parking is provided for an additional fee. And we got there in heavy rain, all clothes and shoes were soaked, and there is no way to dry them. Thank you, the staff gave us a hair dryer. But this is a very uncomfortable method. It would be great if there were at least towel warmers in the bathroom.

Hotel is nice, rooms smaller, personal very friendlu. It was posdible to leave my suitcase at reception what was very helpful. Iwould stay here again.

Renovation of hotel is ongoing. It didnt disturb me because I was outside whole day and came for sleeping. However I need to work at hotel it could be not convinient.

This hotel is very conveniently located, the interior is newly renovated, all facilities and appliances are very clean, neat and exquisite, the landlord is very enthusiastic and chic. He helped us park the car and put our food in the refrigerator. He is a very happy and enthusiastic gentleman. We are very grateful to him.

Nice hotel, helpful and kind staff, modern and functional rooms. Solid breakfast with bread, pastries, yoghurt and cereals. Safe parking underneath the hotel.

The location is good but isn't quite in the centre, there's about a 1km walk to the Arènes de Nîmes through a slightly sketchy street.

The staff was very friendly. They helped us with our problem with our car. Breakfast icluded - scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, ham, yoghurt, sweets….

Mayby a bit longer distance to the centre, but it takes 15-20 minutes, so not too bad.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely on reception and in the breakfast section. The breakfast was good, and was kept so clean and well-stocked. Good location.

You can park in front of the hotel. The room although it is small but it is comfortable. The Breakfast is very good with a good selection.
