The breakfast is minimal but adequate. at least there is a protein source which is better than most free hotel breakfasts. There is no decaf coffee or tea. Not everybody wants to start the day with caffeine. All of the staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful. There is supposed to be a discount for government employee but that was not offered and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk personnel I was told there was nothing they could do about it. That means I was charged more than I should have been

Literally everything: its location, amenities with the pool, guest laundry, fitness and business centers available. Super clean facility and the rooms, fantastic staff, very welcoming and supportive round the clock! They have two outdoor pools: one is of the regular depth and warmness, the other one is warm and shallow. Open parking is available free of charge. The breakfast was super tasty, it was regularly resupplied to fulfill the number of all guests.

Location is perfect for us since we have family near by. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. They offer sausage gravy and biscuits. Our last morning I woke up late. My husband did grab me yogurt and a muffin. On our way out I did find the breakfast room still open. I was able to grab a cup of coffee for my husband and the breakfast lady offered to fill my reusable cup with hot water so that I could make tea. She went above and beyond for service.

The bathroom was not 100% clean. There was trash under the vanity.

This is our go to hotel in Florence. Its the only hotel. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. But they had internet trouble this trip. The breakfast has always been delicious and plentiful. Staff are courteous and friendly.

We had trouble accessing the TV. We have never had a problem before. Plus the internet wasn't working. Its like they changed their technology access since our last visit 4 months ago.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I adore them and stay here during every visit to the area. The only issue, which I understand, is that we had to cut our recent visit a day short for a medical issue and weren't able to receive a refund for it. It sucks but I do also understand. We'll still use this place each time.

Convenient and clean. The breakfast good. Pool looked nice and clean. Gym was great with quite a few machines.

We had an extremely late arrival, like almost 10 hours late, due to our flight being delayed for literally hours and we seemed to have been charged extra. I really didn’t have the strength to argue about the cost at the moment, we were so weary from our trip.

We love the location, cleanliness, and staff. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

Our room had some lights out and not enough towels for 3 people (neither of these are that bad and they're easily fixed). The only true downer was that our daughter will only eat the pancakes and the machine was down both mornings so she didn't get them.

The location was very convenient and close to our friend who we were visiting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Room was clean, comfortable and convenient with microwave, refrigerator and blow dryer. Parking was easy.

The spa and pool looked dirty, but were actually clean. The cement/plaster is worn/stained.

Daniel is always so professional, I enjoy seeing him everything, the first time I stayed i drove my red corvette, and everything I stay there he always recognizes me, great kid, the staff is great also, always enjoy staying there, thank you ,Vince .
