This seemed like a new hotel and was above the average BW. The staff were fantastic. Checkin was easy and my room location request was fulfilled. The room was spacious with two TV’s and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient to just about every chain store and restaurant you could ever need. The on-site laundry was $3 for Wash/dry….half of some hotels.

The setting is certainly industrial with a big dirt lot out front and no landscaping. The sofa was very uncomfortable and oddly shaped.

The property was clean, spacious and in a good location. Check-in with Pam at the front desk was easy and she was very helpful in giving us all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with selections offered and the staff asking if we had everything we needed...great job BW!

Customer service was amazing, and the food was delicious.

The computer was slow, and the printer was not connected when I first started. It was later fixed by the staff, but I would have liked it to have been ready prior. Also, the computer is located in the lobby. It should be moved to a more private area.

Slept comfortably and peacefully. In the morning when I was checking out, around 8:30am, the desk attendant was on a land line and out the phone down immediately when she saw me and asked me which room I was in as I put my key in the box. The person was welcoming and I was greeted with a kind smile.

When I was trying to check in, it was around 8pm and the person at the desk was on their cell phone and didn’t look up. I waited for about 4 minutes and then interrupted at which time the attendant asked the person on the phone to hold on. Then I was checked in. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels all over the country and have never had the desk attendant not even look up. The lobby was empty.

The property was clean and up-to-date. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. I would add, for being on a main road the room was quiet, we were on the back side of the Inn and we got a good nights rest both nights we were there.

There was an odd unpleasant smell in the hallway? Not sure what it was? However our room was fine.

Staff was really friendly. Talked with multiple staff members and they all were so nice. Saw staff multiple times cleaning common areas. The place was so clean!!! The hotel and room it’s self were among the cleanest I’ve stayed in. Beds were comfy and price matches what you get. Breakfast was great. They even have an espresso machine.

I wish there were more gluten free options but other than that it was lovely. The breakfast staff was outstanding!!!

Individual yogurts would be better, that big machine doesn't look appealing.

The room was spacious and very clean. Good breakfast. Had a great location with Texas Road House located directly beside it for a great dinner option. I would love to stay again!

It would have been good to have 4 towels instead of 2 for the bathroom. Otherwise everything was great!

My stay was good, room was very clean. The whole surroundings was clean. Staff was very friendly and very welcoming.

The bed for handicap accessibility, I didn't feel was safe. It kept slipping while transferring from wheelchair to bed and vise a versa.

The price was higher but I don't know what other rooms are charged at other local establishments.
