There were nice amenities, like the breakfast bar with do it yourself waffles. Could maybe have a better selection of yogurts. All of them had strawberries in them. The pool and hot tub or a well-maintained and fully operational. And the fitness room was well equipped and very nice. The facility is very clean, but a little dated. I loved the laminate flooring as opposed to the carpets that you get in other hotels.

I’ve never been encouraged by another hotel to spend four nights in a hotel room, without housekeeping services. When we checked in, it was suggested that we forgo housekeeping, and just call for towels if we need them.

Great location, friendly staff, especially housekeeping staff. A lady brought me a full-size ironing board. The small refrig had a freezer compartment that fit my blue ice packs.

Room was clean except for the floor. I spilled some water and grabbed a tissue to wipe it up. The tissue was filthy, practically black. The busy woodgrain pattern disguised all dirt . The breakfast had no eggs or protein, just the usual cereals, and breads. They did have waffles. I had expected more from a Baymont.

I was NOT impressed with the continental breakfast. I have gone to your hotel for years and pre-covid, You used to serve scrambled eggs and bacon, etc. then it went to hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Now, it was very very disappointing…a few muffins, very dry bagels, make your own waffles and juice PLEASE start offering a heartier breakfast!

BREAKFAST WAS NOT APPEALING. THAT IS MY ONLY COMPLAINT. WE NEED SOMETHING WARM TO EAT & NOT JUST WAFFLES. I WANT EGGS, SAUSAGE, BISCUITS, ETC..... I'M MUCH MORE WHILLING TO PAY MORE FOR THE ROOM TO GET A BETTER BREAKFAST. SO, CHARGE MORE FOR THE ROOM TO ACCOMODATE, PLEASE CONSIDER!

The room was clean and comfy. Nothing exceptional but very pleasant.

They don't accept AMEX. I use AMEX on booking.com. The hotel called to let me know I would need to provide a different form of payment when I arrived. No problem. However, when I arrived, the man at the desk said that there was a misunderstanding and they tried to call but couldn't get a hold of me. They usually cancel reservations made with AMEX. That's not what I was told on the phone when they actually did get a hold of me. Luckily they didn't cancel the reservation but if we had been later in the evening, they probably would have. That was concerning but it was handled and we had a room!

Very clean hotel. Very close to main highway and within walking distance to a lot.

I stay at this location once a month since September and I travel from Philadelphia. The location is not accommodating with early check in. One time it was allowed however 1hr before check in and I paid an extra $30 for that. I don’t mind paying the extra but there should be away to setup ahead of time a request for early check in.

Coffee is fresh and available 24/7. People were nice and I felt safe and comfortable. The place is clean.

At breakfast, beverage machine broken. Sometimes plain unflavored coffee creamer was not available. The water cooler in the gym was always empty. The room safe seemed broken. Soap dispenser in bathroom was empty.

Breakfast was basic but good. Very clean, housekeeping work very hard and were happy n friendly. Good sized room with comfy bed. The pool was perfect temperature and clean. Maintenance guy kept the areas cleann tidy. It could use some plant or flower features as very bland looking. We would stay here again.

The outside of the building could do with a face lift as at first appearance I was apprehensive to what the inside would be like.....pleased go say pleasantly relieved

On a whole it was very clean and mostly quiet. Nice staff

Breakfast was mediocre at best. You could hear people moving early in the morning as they packed up to leave. No nightlight in the bathroom at all. Was in the handicapped room and it was pitch black at night. Dangerous if needing to get up and use bathroom

Good area, close to everything you would want to stay in Casa Grand for.

The property would not deal with me because I used Booking.com. To extend my reservation, I had to rebook it in the app. I then had to check out of the old reservation and then check back in the new reservation at the front desk. It just took time, but it was half an hour I could have been with my family.
