Breakfast was excellent. I guess I surprised there was only one worker often in the kitchen. I didn't have a bell. So I walked over to the buffet and she noticed me eventually. There weren't any problems. I returned to the entrance and checked in with my room number. I loved the wide selections from eggs, bacon, potatoes to pizole, and cereals. Also, yogurt, fruit, and pastries. It was the best breakfast I've had in awhlie.

Only the swimming pool. It had 3 active sprinklers spraying water into the pool. It was very cold too. The jacuzzi was redeeming facility to use. Unfortunately, upon twisting the button to the right, the bubbles weren't activated. Apparently, they were coming through already, but in a low, quiet level. Also, the lighting was very dark around the pool and jacuzzi. That was my only dislike of the hotel.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and kind. The room was nice as well. The only issue I had really was with the pool. The night lights inside the pool were hanging out in the water and there were cracks in the pool that was causing water to leak. Also, they didn’t have any spare towels down by the pool so we had to use to towels from our room.

Felt safe inside the building, while the neighborhood wasn't the best. Had dinner at the bar and grill was delicious and excellent service.

We got up at 6am to get breakfast and it wasn't there or available. There were a couple staff members that saw us looking around confused and didn't even bother to say anything or let us know if the sogns everywhere were incorrect and there was, in fact, no breakfast on site.

The maid service was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the look of the hotel was nice. Our air conditioning was not working when we arrived however they Fixed it very quickly.

The pool was not heated and the hot tub was broken. We came for a girls weekend, so this was extremely disappointing and I felt like a discount should have been applied. Hearing the train nearby multiple times during the night the air conditioning was very loud when it kicked on.

We were there for a festival in town, and this hotel was within walking distance.

We asked for early check in and were told that costs $25, an unpleasant surprise which we declined. The bar/restaurant was understaffed for a Saturday night with a large event in town, a predictably busy time. Although the bartender was excellent, he couldn't keep up and food/bev service was slow.

The location

Need more light, especially in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast should be free. The selection was limited and the hot food was cold. That was the first time I ever had to pay for breakfast, including MOTEL 6. THE Coffee in the lobby was delicious every morning. I will be back when visiting family in CASA GRANDE I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HAD DRAWERS FOR MY CLOTHES. A SOFA AREA WOULD HAVE BEEN BENEFICIAL FOR MY ACHING BACK 👋🏾

The pool area was great...grandkids had a blast. The AC unit seemed to have difficulty keeping up with the temperature(was not very cool-had to set temp at 64 to get room cool.).

No arm chair or comfortable chair in the room to sit in(desk chair was not comfortable at all)-bench along the wall was not a comfortable place to sit as there was a lip or small shelf on the wall about shoulder height that dug into your back when you leaned back. There were no towel bars in the bathroom, and the shower chair we had in a previous room was not available.

Staff was wonderful. The room was clean as well as other public areas. The bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect , if you’re needing to be on the west side of town, as most of the other hotels are located way east off the interstate.

The hallways to rooms are dark & smell musty. The whole place could use some decor. Too many blank white walls. Decor in the lounge was stuck in another era, 1990s I think, lol.

I really liked the freshness and comfort of the room. Also sometimes bathrooms can be a little too small, especially when you have 4 people in your room. This bathroom was roomy and nice!

I was really looking forward to the jacuzzi, but it was not working well and I thought it was dirty but I think the paint inside is very old.

I was in an accessible room, unfortunately I slipped in the bathtub, I hurt but I’m ok. When I checked out I addressed it with the front desk. I suggested it may be helpful if they put non-slip product in the bathtub.
