Easy to look for foods as the hotel is above restaurants

The parking lot staff is not friendly enough. They should inform us if the parking is only for bride and groom family that are staying in the hotel but the signage is only inform for times hotel guest which we thought is for everyone anyone staying in the hotel. Our room' door keep on buzzing if someone walking in front of our door

Strategic location, easy and many car park (free), staff very supportive n good, staff very punctual when pick-up at airport, good attitude, speedy wifi, many choice of food with shopping complex, playground near the hotel....my son happy...

At the car park or before enter lobby times hotel I smell smoke.. like many people smoke outside the hotel but still can enter before go to lobby...

Very good location. 1km or so from the airport. Brunei doesn't have a great public transport system or food delivery so the location is great as there is a movie theater and shopping mall in the building and several around it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hallways are a bit musty smelling (carpets) and some ceiling leaks in hallway (rains everyday). No USB ports for phone charging in the room, no bathtub. Overall good value for money, and great location.

Good hotel location. Good & Helpful room service staff.

The air-con was not functioning well. In my 5-day stay, had technician fix it 2 times. 1st night was hot & stuffy at 27C. Tech came, set temp at 23C - it worked. 3rd night temp dipped to 18C & tech came to fix it again. 5th night the AC was back to being hot again.☹️ AC worked well 2 nights only!

Location is excellent and very close to airport. Hotel has a lot of shops in the same building

Breakfast has limited options. They run out of fruits during our stay and it has not been replenished.

Near the airport and shopping centers. The staff were courteous and kind - just need to smile more :)

They didnt respond to queries that I made via the app eg of they can help me with car rental. (They actually have an advertisement for car rental at their front desk but I already booked from the airport)😒

It’s in a shopping mall. Easy access to food, etc

They don’t provide hand towels and cotton buds. There’s a smell in the bathroom, I think from the drain. And my shower have no shelf for the soap and shampoo etc.

Nearby shops, easy access and plenty choices of restaurants.

The hotel's carpet looked rundown n bit dirty😬
