The staff was very very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is not far from the city center, exactly a nice 10-15 minutes walking distance. The breakfastroom we liked it very much, because everything was clean and well arranged. We were extra satisfied with the safe parking facility. The rooms were extra-extra clean, the garden was even in winter very pretty and friendly, the building is well maintained, cosy, and warm in the winter. In the bathroom everything top: The hairdryer was effective for my strong hair, and the bathtube was shining clean. We had a wonderful time here with the family. Worth visiting because both the hotel both the city was amazing after Christmas before New Year, the lights and decoration made our time more magical. I can only recommend this hotel!

I enjoyed the working AC in the room! Other places don’t have that. The decor was also nice and the location was not far from the city center.

For a 4-star hotel, they could have had a better breakfast spread, better working hair dryers, and more towels (like washcloth, hand towel, face towel). I had to ask for a different towel when the one provided was a floor mat for exiting the shower- kind of rough to wipe your face with. The one they brought was better :) the lighting was also very dim for anyone looking for bright lighting.

A great stay in the heart of Timişoara in a beautiful historic villa with interior garden and secure parking. Decorated with taste and the breakfast was very good.

The lady helping with the breakfast was a little bit overwhelmed. Very attentive with the exact amount of water we drank at breakfast, she invited us to use the still water from the minibar.

We liked that it was easy to find. They have private parking in semi-shade, which is good for the car as well. Staff was polite and always available. It was peaceful, without crowd, no noise, and it’s relatively close to center. The pool was important for us, since we were there in July, and the water was clear and warm. Outdoor siting area with bar was very nice as well. Included breakfast was great also, plenty of options, even for vegetarians, but not vegans. We came with the baby, so the staff provided cot for us.

The pool was relatively small, but since there was no crowd when we were there, it was ideal for us. Also, there can be plenty of mosquitoes, so be aware of that.

The hotel had a very interesting and unique interior. You can see that as soon as you enter. The hotel's courtyard is quite large, full of greenery and trees, well-maintained, peaceful, and isolated from the outside. We spent most of our time sitting or lying there, as there are sunbeds and a pool. The pool wasn't in use because we visited in early May. The parking area is spacious and secure, with shade for the cars. You enter the parking lot with a card. Parking is really close to the rooms which is convenient. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom is spacious and tidy. There's a large bathtub. Shampoo, body lotion, and hair conditioner are provided, along with a hairdryer. Upon arrival, you also get coffee, tea, and water in the mini fridge. The rooms have a kettle. The rooms are insulated from outside noise, so it's peaceful in the evening. Wifi is good. Tv was smart and also connected to the internet. The distance from the city center is a 15–20 minute leisurely walk. The hotel restaurant has a beautiful interior. Breakfast is rich and excellent, with a wide selection of food, drinks, and fruit.

This is a charming boutique hotel not far from downtown: 15 - 20 minute walk; public transportation is available nearby and a taxi stop is just around the corner. The rooms and all the public spaces are nicely decorated and impeccably clean. There is also a nice garden with a small pool, more for lounging on a hot day than for swimming.

Rooms are very good and comfortable but just a little on a small side - maybe because it is in fact a house reimagined as a hotel. It did not affect our stay though and I would recommend the hotel for single travelers or for couples. Families with children should inquire about the larger rooms.

One of the best places I stayed in a long time. Location, rooms, breakfast, swimming pool… all great. But the best asset of this hotel is the staff, by far. For most hotels the customers are a credit card and nothing more. Here the staff makes you feel right at home, amazingly friendly, always helpful. I would take all the staff from all other hotels in stayed in the past 5-10 years and send them here for training. Thank you very much for one of the very best experiences i had lately.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Room was great, bed very comfortable. Had all the facilities we needed. Loved the décor, which was quaint. Breakfast was limited but tasty. A typical mix of hot/cold options. Swimming pool was great.

Perhaps more options for breakfast, like other pastries and berry fruit. Some of the handles for the drawers in the room had no handles, so this should be fixed.

An extremely elegant hotel in a quiet place, not far from the city center and with its own parking lot. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable. We really slept and rested. The breakfast, as well as the ambiance where it is served, is for all the senses. The hotel also has a small swimming pool, but we chose to walk around the city and leave lounging at the pool for next summer. We have definitely found a hotel to stay at when we are in Timisoara.
