Generally hotel its new and everything is spot clean, staff are super nice and attentive , specially Nikita who holds everything under control and ready to assist you at any point of time, Natia is a wine & restaurant expert, skillful , kind and right one the spot. Hugo the Boss is star of the hotel. Kind a hybrid modern hotel that is a trend in a world these days with exquisite design restaurant, mix of modern and traditional Georgian cuisine. Cosy and warm place designed in minimalist style, to fits everyone needs. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back. Amazing place - if not for staying at least for a lunch or dinner. For light travelers it is a piece of cake place with 3 floors however if you have heavy luggage with ski equipment its bit hard to reach room without elevator. Maybe a billiard table in the entrance of restaurant or on terrace during summer months.

I want to share with you my impression about this hotel.:) I am little bit picky guest in general and before booking I checked every single hotel in Gadauri. Gadauri has luck of fresh hotel with nice interior design. It's big problem. to stay in small not well organized room for staycation I didn't want. Before booking SKIO I was attracted by modern loft design, spacious rooms and beautiful view in this hotel. As well I checked that hotel next to ski 🎿 lift SHINO. And it's really 1 min walk to the lift!! SUPER CONVINIENT! The lift goes directly to the top and after a ride you r reaching the hotel , almost to the room 😁 For people who do snowboarding I would like to say that you will love the slope under this lift and from left side, the snow is so fluffy there and many interesting spots to ride!! I booked. I was surprised that administration Nikita answered to my messages in 2 minutes, and during the staycation he helped me with everything as I was needed. Very well organized, friendly and responsible person! About the room : Wooden flooring with heating its smth special!!! ❤️ Can give 10 stars just for that!!! ROOMS ARE NEW, even smells new, beautiful loft design, small kitchen, can have nice tea in the evenings, BEST BED AND DUVET!! SO SOFT AND COMFY Restaurant is downstairs. You don't have to go anywhere to find delicious food, all tried was super yaaamy In the late evening it becomes fun place, with nice cocktails and friendly fun vibe! Breakfasts is 🔥 Specially crapes ! Try it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Skio. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke perfect english so it was easy to communicate and they were always available to answer any questions. The room was nice and spacious with a balcony with mountain view. The room was very nice and clean and very hot and comfortable to spend time in after all day on the slopes. The bed was really comfortable and the duvet thick and comfortable. Shower hot , clean and nice. The hotel was only a short walk to the ski lift which was amazing. We loved the ambience in the hotel and the restaurant was cozy, clean and the food was exceptional. Fresh and tasty with good ingredients. We are vegetarians and ate both breakfast and dinner with big joy! The restaurant staff was polite, professionel and friendly. We will, without hesitation, stay at Skio when we visit Gudauri again and we reccommend everyone to stay as well! Thank you for a lovely and professional experience.

We were a family of 5 with small children and booked the accommodation with the stairs which was quite stressful with little ones, next time we will book a room with no stairs. There are no cupboard to put any clothes and minimum space to hang or store clothes. The kitchen space is nice but there is only two chairs to eat, just to keep in mind if you want to eat in the apartment.

Very nice location. Close to the road, so easy to find, but no noise. Short (less than 100m) distance to the ski lift. Returning, you can ski to the entrance. The apartment is large (also the bathroom). The view from windows is really great. I appreciate very much the friendly attitude of the host. The food served in the restaurant is really nice.

The apartment seems to be almost empty. The rooms are large and I'd add some furniture to make the stay more comfortable. I'd turn the table by 90deg and add a missing fourth chair. A small coffee machine would be great.

Gigi at the front desk was helpful, and the guy who fitted and kitted me out for skiing was a treasure. Everything was affordable to hire there: skis, boots, gloves, jacket, pants, helmet, and eye protection. The room was quiet, so I slept well. The restaurant across the road had some healthy and tasty Georgian vegan options. I liked being able to walk to the slopes and back.

I had to head back to Tblisi a day early due to the internet speed being too slow at 5 pm to have a video call. It's fast during the day when everyone is on the slopes, but don't count on working online when you're there. If you're in town 1km away, you can catch a taxi. The taxi guys are cartel who inflate the prices. You'll be lucky if you get 20 in local currency - I managed to negotiate down to 25. They're parasites.

The view from the room is spectacular! The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with an amazing shower. It’s located about 5-10 minutes drive away from New Gudauri which is ideal - it makes it quiet and peaceful but still close to the hustle and bustle. The restaurant has amazing food!! They also have installed an elevator.

The noise from the restaurant can occasionally be heard in the room - especially if someone is out on the restaurant deck late at night.

Nikita was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Very respectful and incredibly attentive. Modern and very neat, ideally located if you’re looking to do snow activities. The flats are very spacious, beds are incredibly comfortable and clean. Good quality comforter and sheets.

Although I understand it’s a hotel apartment facility however, it would be very good if amenities were given more attention. Tea, coffee, water, tissue paper in the room and such. Besides all this, the room is amazing and very comfortable.

The apartment we booked was quite spacious, clean, and modern. The restaurant is one of the best in Guduari: great food and nice atmosphere. I would like to especially thank our waiter, who was kind and attentive throughout our stay. You won't find any grocery stores within walking distance, so having a nice restaurant in the hotel is a huge plus. One suggestion to future guests: you may want to bring breakfast food to eat in your rooms. That way you'll have a better chance of getting on the slopes when they open at 10:00 AM. Breakfast in the restaurant is fine but takes time. The hotel is not exactly ski-in, ski-out -- more like a 5 minute walk in ski boots to the Shino lift (around 200 meters) -- but still pretty convenient. The hotel has a small ski depot where you can store your skis and boots and rent equipment if necessary. Kakha did a nice job servicing my kids' damaged skis during our stay.

Our apartment was a bit spartan. We didn't find anything in the kitchen -- no coffee, no tea, no hand towels, no salt or pepper, nothing at all. The bedrooms, though quite large, lacked drawers of any kind to store clothes. The combination of having a large space with not a lot of furniture made the apartment feel a bit cold. But this is a small complaint. I would also add that our two-bedroom apartment was not cheap! We paid 422 euros for two nights. You can find much cheaper accommodations in Guduari, but in our view, it was worth it to have the space, the restaurant, and the proximity to the ski lift.
