10/10 to all the Portuguese staff working at the Bernina Bed and Breakfast, and specially to Ana who was managing the reception. Without her and the rest of the team our stay would’ve been much more difficult when my partner fell ill and we had to extend our stay in Davos without any notice during peak time so she could go to hospital on Jan 1st and 3rd. On the friday when the hotel was full we were relocated to Face aparthotel and Ana even drove us there herself and helped us with our bags. Muito obrigado Ana y equipo! Our room was very nice with views over Jakobshorn and everything was spotless. Breakfast was also very good!

That we couldn’t enjoy our time in Davos like we had initially planned.

Very nice hotel with good location, close to Davos Platz, with amazing mountain views. You can see the piste, and the pistenbully making the slope at night. It was also exceptionally cheap for Davos.

- Hotel was severely understaffed at the time of staying, nobody at reception, you had to wait for 30 minutes even after specifying the arrival time. - Hotel staff member who finally came was only speaking German and was as friendly as somebody on Christmas Vacation who is forced to work that day :) - Very basic facilities in the room, even no kettle.

The price was very good ,the room very comfortable and clean,great space and a balcony and the lady Rosa is the best,she will do everything possible to help and make you feel at home.Definetly recommend it ,a must in Davos with breakfast included.Thank you for the great stay

Cleanliness throughout the facility. Staff very cordial and helpful. Elevator going down to two levels of the underground car park. Storage room for ski equipment right next to the entrance from the underground car park -1. Breakfast is adequate with limited choice but very good quality. Great location. Maybe at the end of Davos but close to everywhere. There is a great bakery with a wood-burning oven right next to the hotel.

For a little correction 😏. Heating, rooms with the window closed are overheated. You can't sleep at night because it's too hot. As for us, the mattresses are too soft and the pillows are too high, but it's a matter of getting used to.

Central location, Bus stop close by, close to cross country track, very friendly and helpful staff.

In the mornings quite some traffic noise from main road in front - only a problem when sleeping with open windows (room is pretty warm at night).

Looked a bit run down but was OK inside. underground car park was good if a bit dark when the lights went off! Breakfast had a reasonable selection.

lacking in charm. overall cost was high compared to other hotels on our road trip but that’s the fault of Davos, not this hotel as such.

Great little hotel at the edge of davos. The place offers a garage so your motorcycle is out of the street during the night. Room size is good and comfortable

Was not able to turn the heating of, so it ran a bit warm in the evening.

The rooms were spacious and clean- Mountain View’s on 6th floor- beautiful 🙂 Super Lage und sauber- Frúhstùck ausreichend und well presented

all good ! nice and quiet - that's the way we like it - they got a 8.2 from you in 2021 so I think they still deserve it

The room was warm and comfortable with a nice bathroom, with garage facilities for our motorbikes. Breakfast was basic, but enough though we were out of season and the only two people in the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
