Room was tastefully decorated and modern. Good size of room and bathroom, very clean. Bed was comfortable and the room I had was very calm and quiet (as per my request). Housekeeping staff are discrete, you do not hear them cleaning up neighbouring rooms. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good, offering local delicacies and some hot/continental breakfast option. There is also a nice garden terrace. The location of the hotel is great, you can walk to the city center (the Triumphal Arch, Cathedral Park) and Valea Morilor Park (Cascade Stairs) within 20-25 minutes.

The room can get quite chilly despite 20 degrees celcius outside. So, needed to put on some heating but the heating was not very strong. Conference room in the basement similarly was quite cold. Need to improve heating/insulation system.

I really enjoyed my stay there, the staff was exceptional and were able to help me with eveyrthing, my room was spatious and very clean also comfortable. The restaurant has a very rich menu and affordable prices, the breakfast was really good! Will come back for sure for another stay in Chisinau.

Rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean with a modern design.

Breakfast options limited There is no private parking (free parking is specified) but they direct you to park in front of the hotel which are public spaces. If you are unlucky, you won't find a spot.

there are no shelves in the closet, so impossible to store non-hanging clothes; no room safe; would expect small minibar with a kitchenware with this class of hotel, but it’s missing

Heating missing, we have had 21 degrees in the room. Also breakfast wasn’t so diverse.

Staff was verry nice! The ladies from the reception were very happy to help and assist us . Will come back to the Vispas Hotel again for sure next time.

Very good renovated hotel with nice service and comfortable rooms. Laundry service is fast and perfect.

I was badly surprised about the breakfast. Restaurant is old and not upgraded, no buffet at breakfast, quite moderate menu and long waiting time for meals. I was waiting pancakes for 40 minutes. It is not good for working day. I would spend maximum 20 minutes for breakfast instead 60 I had in the reality.

Very comfy place. Facilities were very new. Breakfast was ok.

the reservation said 2 full beds. We had 1 (amazing) bed and a couch transformed into a bed.
