The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The view was breathtaking, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The on-site restaurant is not only convenient but also offers delicious meals, adding to the overall experience. The rooms are modern and the restrooms are spacious and provide excellent comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

Great place.. I believe this is a newly renovated hotel. The morning stuff lady was very pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent for trips around the lake and around the area. Very clean a.d renovated bathroom.

The room furniture arrangement was not convenient. A small coffee table would help a lot. The couch was right behind the window panel, and two people could not sit without hitting their heads unless you moved the couch. The refrigerator was not working. . Not soundproof.

The hotel is in a wonderful location with a beautiful panorama. The garden is tidy and the area is quiet. The rooms were clean. The terrace had a nice view of the lake and the mountains.

I did not like the breakfast, there was little choice. There were no refills when the food ran out.

Everything was good. Friendly staff, nice and clean room, comfortable bed, the view from the balcony is just breathtaking. Breakfast was ok, also very tasty pizza in the restaurant. There is also a large parking lot, which is convenient

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Including providing ideas of things to do in the area and phoning to enquire about prices for us. Restaurant on site was lovely. Room was clean and tidy with a large balcony with an amazing view of the lake and surrounds.

The hotel and area is easily accessible by public transport and the beaches/lake are easily walkable from the hotel. To do anything further afield (for example hiking the Tracciolino trail) a car would have been necessary - just to be aware. Definitely not a negative of the hotel just information for others!

The hotel is in a stunning location. If you like to walk, hike and swim you couldn't find better. It is a calm and quiet setting to recharge the batteries. The hotel is very comfortable with a good restaurant. The beach in Novate Mezzola is 25 minutes walk or 1 train stop and a must visit. Also take in the waterfall in Chiavenna. Lots of great walks and cycle paths in the area.

Verceia itself is a small quiet town so you have to go outside. However, thisadds to the calm of the location.

Nothing to dislike this hotel is absolutely charming and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on

Nothing to dislike however there are steps to get to the reception which might not be easy for everybody

The room smelled amazing like vanilla, the view from the comfy balcony was stunning and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Comfy bed, good shower. Thank you!

Beautifully located in a lovely and quiet village at the Lake Mezzola. Amazing window view. Great pizza at the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room was great, top floor with balcony and amazing view across the lake, breakfast was the most varied I have had since being in Italy with muesli, yoghurt and fruit which was great.
