I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent — I especially enjoyed the pool, the private beach, and the bikes available for guests. The breakfast was good, and the dinner was even better — delicious and well-prepared each night. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The hotel is located away from the busy tourist areas, which made it peaceful and relaxing, yet it’s still close to a charming small town with a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway!

We booked a Deluxe double with balcony (one of the refurbished rooms). It was excellent throughout and enjoyed the shower/sauna and speakers. The view was out of this world 🥰 The staff were all so friendly and very accomodating. Plenty of parking outside the hotel or in a garage opposite. The area was very peaceful which we loved and felt safe. The food in the restaurant was very good (tasted the Veal t-bone schnitzel, Merluzzo, Parmiggiana, Meat & cheese platter and Chicken Leg). Breakfast was a continental + scrambled eggs.

No complaints 🙂 Just a suggestion to maybe include pesce crudo on the menu.

It was very clean and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I usually only stay in hotels because my previous experience with apartments have been terrible but this was a very good example of how an apartment should be operated.

The location. We travelled in July and it was too hot to walk 1.5kms to the centre and back for restaurants etc also too much walking for my 9 year old.

Excellent location, between Gravedona and Domaso, not too touristy. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was ideal if you didn’t want to travel anywhere to eat. A lovely boutique style hotel with good facilities. Recommended.

I really like the calm location and the view from the room. The swimming pool looked very good, but due to bad weather, I could not try it. Also, the staff was very helpful!

I think the breakfast should offer a bit more variety. Also, we wrote several times to ask about recommended places for rental bikes around the area and if it was ok to bring our bikes, but we did not get any reply.

Everything. My group of 6 girlfriends were treated royally. The Hotel is lovely, rooms with magical views amazing, restaurant very good. We loved the peaceful location with easy access to the ferry to explore other towns. We also did the train day trip over the Swiss Alps. Stunning. The staff is top notch. Valerio. Chiara and Giuseppe were so attentive, professional and friendly. The other staff were also excellent including Diana. Thank you all for making our week with you perfect. Grazie di tutto.

Not one single thing. It was wonderful.

Amazing location and views. Staff were so lovely, gave great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Rooms are large, clean and have Great Lake views. We were incredibly happy with the hotel. Having both a beach and a pool was a big plus.

Not the hotels fault, but the neighbours dogs bark incredibly loud every morning at 6:15am. This was quite annoying as it woke us up and we couldn’t get back to sleep.

We had a lovely 2 days stay at hotel Regina with our small dog. Exquisite location (you can take some nice walks near the lake and enjoy the silence, have dinner with a lake view, enjoy the pool and just relax) Helpfull staff, good breakfast and good variaty of food and drink choices.

- great location, you can go by foot to Domaso or Gravedona - amazing pool - great view - heating - cosy room

- small rooms and too little space to hang things - wool blankets and not "real" ones - room cleaning didn't vacuum - only one bin in the bathroom and that one open (which is bad for nappies or if you throw away food-rests) - no mosquito nets

Super hotel. We stayed 3 nights in an executive room with view in the lake. The room was amazing and modern and very comfortable. The hotel is well located as well.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast buffet. There could be more choices. It was a bit light in my opinion.
