Staff were kind enough to give us a room on first level. They got water hose repaired and set right hot water. They cleaned room on request and assisted with wifi connection. They let us stay for 4 hrs longer till our train time at no extra cost.

The wifi connection did not let us access many sites which we usually do. Need to be stronger.

-good wifi with router on every floor -so nice and polite staff -clean&tidy -lots od power sockets -comfortable bed with whiteclean sheets -water heater works without a flaw -shampoo, soap and water bottle are nice add-ons -electric kettle on the place -all sorts of furnitures in the room -asked for the Invoice the day after the stay and received it the same day

-it is hidden a bit into some neighbourhood -the wifi had some longer moments of lack of internet -the price was very high for a room without the AC, even with Genius discount included

Very clean roons Good lighting snd a/c with ample charge points. Staff were very co-operstive. Hats off to the hotel manager who was kind enough to let us stay 5 hours behind checkout time on our departing day.

Watrr leakage under wash basin. Staff ssid it coulf not repair it immediately. Offered change of room at a time not convdnient. Cioud have coffee/ tea packets available

Itz too pricey especially with no breakfast also....We stayed in Trivandrum in a 3 star hotel in 3 rooms and complimentary breakfast for the same amount what we payed here in Chandra Inn for just 2rooms and no breakfast...

We went out for our food requirements and that was no problem for us. The location was familiar to us. The staff was helpful to arrange vehicles for our commutation, To sum up we enjoyed our stay.

You may add up laundry services as used clothes pile up and have to be stuffed up in separate bags. This causes nuisance.

Spacious clean room, friendly and helpful staff and a great location. Walk able distance to most attractions and city center. The property is new and has a modern outlook. Definitely recommended for short stays.

The plug points in the room were loose and not useful for charging phone etc. However, the staff provided an adapter promptly. The water dispenser refill took time. Spaces under the bedside table and in cupboard could have been more cleaner. No in-house breakfast service although options are available 100m away. The free WiFi was unstable.

Really nice room for the price. Very spacious with hot water shower and central and private on quiet street. It was much better for me than the rating it got. Very comfortable

Misleading checkout time mentioned in booking.com and their actual checkout time. Had to spend additional 250 ruppees per hour.

Chandra Inn was a pleasant surprise because it is a very nice, new hotel, very clean, AC and watercooker available. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It's a bit far from the center but at the corner of the street there are always tuktuks waiting. I can warmly recommend Chandra Inn!
