Fantastic staff from reception to restaurant staff. Breakfast was an amazing buffet and the food was so delicious we ate dinner at hotel 3 nights in a row. Exceptional food and value. M

Appreciated how helpful the staff was from the front desk to wait staff. We ate at the restaurant every evening. The food was delicious and staff very friendly. Location was also perfect for us.

Clean, old grandeur, but well kept hotel, and although they are the ones that have to answer angry customers about promised and the removed facilities, friendly staff.

Hotel was selected because it was listed as having a destination charger. The receptionist did not know about it and then said it was occupied. When parking i could not find any charger. Another person at the reception then said that charger was removed a half year earlier. I think selling something you do not have is not allowed by law. It is surprising that Booking dot com does not check these more and more important facilities.

Wonderful old / classic style city hotel with lots of space and many different corners

A pity that breakfast is served in the relatively new restaurant and not the old atmospheric halls

The counter staff that did the check-in was extremely polite and welcoming. And when I told her that I had an issue with the power, she resetted the mains and came by to check if the problem is resolved. The old charm of the hotel is a draw, was very bewildered by how the lift operates. Bed is soft and comfortable, and I love the huge pillow.

Limited lots on site, power point was not working to charge the car too, though I didn't check with the counter as it wasn't a big deal for me. Bed was slightly squeaky.

Very well equipped gym Nice and hot sauna Rooms are on the low side acceptable for 4☆ But price-quality wise very good.

Stunning hotel in the middle of the city with amazing breakfast and friendly staff. If you are ever in Piteå, that’s were you should stay
