Very spacious rooms wide open property with great amenities the staff I spoke to getting everything sorted in the room and the breakfast box is really nice touch if you’re leaving early very clean nice location very impressed with my stay the hotel & the staff go the extra mile to make you’re stay a very memorable & comfortable one thank you I will be back to stay here on my next trip to swedan

Everything was exceptional there is nothing I didn’t like about the property they have thought of everything you would need for a stay including fridges to store you’re own food which most don’t it’s like being at home here there’s nothing to not like great work thank you

Big room, clean. Two fans provided, which was great. Good shower room. Nice that sauna was available. Quiet area, but a short drive from everywhere -pretty sure you need a car to stay here though.

Booked the room for 3 adults, yet we had to make the spare bed ourselves. This should have been done for us in advance. I think there had been a mix up with breakfast boxes; we ended up with non dairy and gluten free options without requesting those.

Lady at the reception was very nice and gave us a breakfast box on the go, since we were getting late and need to leave. Also she provided us with the same rooms two days later on our way back home. Very nice system of self check in using pin codes.

Very few options to choose for breakfast, maybe because there were not to many tourists in the hotel.

Nice and peaceful place to stay overnight during a trip in Luleå. Buffet breakfast was ok for the price. Checking in was really easy eventhough there were no staff around. I can recommend this place and I could stay here again.

The room was r e a l l y hot despite the winter but luckily we could open the window and it helped a lot and we slept well.

Such a lovely location, with fabulous staff (Tina in particular was especially helpful!). The rooms and the bathroom well appointed with a good shower. Parking is easy and the beds comfy. The fan was handy to assist with air movement.

Nothing, would happily recommend it to family and friends.

Fair price for the room. Clean and big room.

A bit confused check-in. The rooms are located inside of a school therefore the reception is a bit hard to find and it is harder to get the key in case you arrive after 4pm. Fortunately I met a friendly person who helped me to find the keys and showed the room location.

Hot tub was not working. Room decor was a bit tired.

It was a good basic room and breakfast

The room was a bit too cold in the winter I didn't like that the check out time was so early (9.30 am). Should be at least an hour later.

Everything was very good, big and cozy room and comfy beds. The breakfast was also Okay, very good coffee, we were satisfied with everything 😊.

Wonderfull place, great design room, nice area for a walk. We staid there on our trip back home. Would also be great for workshops and conferences.
