The room was very nice, quiet and clean, and beds were comfortable. The room also had a small fridge and parking in front of the hotel was safe. This hotel really exceeded our expectations and gave great value for money. Everything worked very smoothly and before our arrival I got a message from the owner which included all the information we needed to know including how the self-check-in worked, codes and instruction. They really had paid attention to the details to make us feel welcome (our room was nice and cool when we arrived and even the toilet paper smelled nice!) so I would certainly stay here again and recommend Fanea Residence if you're staying in Timisoara .

A very nicely designed and furnished appartment, looks very professional. Checking in was easy and automated. The AC came in handy in the summer heat.

The area of Timisoara where these appartments are located look a little bit sketchy, but there were no issues at all. I would also appreciate a clear sign above the entrance, we spent a bit walking before we found it (but maybe I just overlooked it).

In general everything is great, quite place, 20min walk from the city center. Everything was clean. Free parking in front of building.

This is self check-in system so my recommendation for owner is to put Wi-fi password to be visible somewhere in apartman so guests do not need to contact owner for password.

Communication with the host was really good and the location of the flat was perfect for our needs as we had planned a morning train trip. The flat was not noisy despite of its location and it had pretty much everything needed for a short stay.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable and we have got only 2 sets of towels even if we were 3 guests. The code for the main door didn't work but luckily one member of the staff was present at the time we arrived and he kindly helped us to get in.

Freshly renovated, super-soft brand new carpet (feels like you sink in to your knees :D ), comfy bed and great bathroom. Excellent for a short stay.

Location didn't seem to be in the best area and due to what seemed like ongoing renovation works, the back door was almost constantly open. Room out to the main road too noisy at night to sleep with the window open, which we would have preferred over using the AC.

For the price we paid, hotel was perfect. New interior of the building, clean and cozy lobby. Building has elevator. Clean sheets, big shower. Quiet. 1.5 km from main square. Parking space.

I have just one negative thing - there was only one blanket for two of us (in January) and it was very cold.

The room was big enough and clean, even if there was a bit of dust on the floor. But the room had a pleasant smell when we entered. There was plenty of space to park nearby the location, but you can park also in the backyard if you ask prior the owner.

The mattress was way too soft from my point of view and neither the pillows were too great. We would have liked to have a couple of glasses in the room.

Basic but clean and modern 3 bed room. Good working air conditioning. Free parking in front of the house (and yard). Good communication with the owner and easy check in. Good sized bathroom.

The property is close to the trains station, it’s in an area not very nice but you have Bega close and you cand have a walk in the morning and it’s a nice coffee shop close.

Very clean. Aesthetically good, the building inside looked perfect, the bathroom was very good. Easy check in. Location was ok, not too far from the city center, about 20min walk, and the path was really nice, along the river.
