Room was clean and spacious, it also had a nice balcony. Included breakfast was good with enough variety. Staff was always helpful and the location is good, next to the sea and a nearby beach which we really liked (Paralia Logaras), just 10 min walking from the hotel. We would recommend to rent a car if you're staying here since we found it much easier to move around the island and the hotel is 25 min away from the port where the ferries arrive. Taxi's vary from 30 to 50 euros from the port to the hotel depending on the time of the day you arrive and renting a car costs us 100 eur for 3 days. We also had the option of doing our laundry which we appreciated. We would definitely stay again here if we come back to Paros.

The hotel is located in a cozy little village. The location is perfect - only a few minutes walking to a pier with several restaurants, bars and a beach. The staff is nice and friendly and recommended beaches and restaurants to us. The hotel does not offer its own private parking but there is a parking very close to the hotel so it was not a problem. Our spacious room had a balcony with a fantastic view. The fridge in the room was bigger than what is usually is which we appreciated - perfect for water bottles and food. I would stay here again. Housekeeping is offered everyday.

You hear other guests or what is going on in the corridor. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend earplugs or you might wake up when the staff starts the morning cleaning.

We had a partial Seaview room which was really lovely to sit on the spare bed in the heat of the day and be able to see the bay from the comfort of our room. The cleaning was outstanding, we had some laundry done which was washed & folded beautifully, the breakfast was plentiful and offered a variety of food & Leo at the front desk was super helpful with tips for the area. The shower was hot & great pressure so perfect for walking in off the beach & freshening up before walking into the village for dinner.

My daughters had such a lovely stay here. The hotel is central, comfortable, clean and the staff are so friendly! The continental breakfasts were great and had a good selection of foods. They were also very grateful that drinking water was provided by the hotel. They loved Piso Livadi and said that the little balcony with a slither of a sea view made a great spot to have a sundowner.

This little gem is just a very short walk off the small fishing/boat port of Piso Lavadi, which is on the east side of Paros. When I say short walk, I mean about 2 minutes down the lane, past the little church on the hill and down a few steps and you're there. Yet it's tucked around the corner and up a small incline so that when we turned in for the night, we couldn't hear a thing from the cafes/bars along the foreshore/beach area. It's really more for locals and adventuresome travelers who are looking for a non-commercialized, laidback stay on Paros. There are a couple of cafes right on the beach with no rental fees, just buy a beer or coffee and take a dip--nothing beach clubby or pretentious. Our hotel room was charming in the most Greek way, small balcony, shutters, air con if you need it, hot water, small fridge, plenty of outlets, good WiFi, lovely breakfast included in the morning with more than one could ever eat in one sitting. And our owner/host, Leonardo, was helpful and accessible but never hovered about and we came and went as we pleased.

A small, family run, friendly hotel. The breakfast each morning was lovely, serving a variety of pastries and cakes, both sweet and savoury. The location was perfect, and just a short walk away from the beautiful harbour, bus stop, amazing restaurants and the wonderful little sandy beach. Leonardo arranged car hire for us, and was happy to answer our questions and give us recommendations for places/beaches to visit.

Our room (triple with garden view) was very small as was the bathroom and balcony.

The rooms were super clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very generous. Overall it was a beautiful stay in a really amazing location.

The bathrooms were incredibly small, and the toilets and sinks were clearly in need of a little renovation/updating

We felt very well at Londos. It is close (a 3-minute walk) to the port of Piso Livaldi and the beach. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is ok (fruit, coffee, milk, tea, salami, cheese, cakes, butter, jam, etc.). The value for money is right!

Great location, close to the small city center and the beachfront. Excellent breakfast, Greek pastries cooked and baked every morning, the coffee prepared on-the-spot based on our preference. Towels and sheets are replaced daily, a big plus on this topic, everything is clean. The hosts, Leonardo and his family, are super nice and helpful, sharing a lot of useful information and they are always available to help. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and comfy.

The walls are not very well isolated, and you can sometimes hear the noise from the other rooms. Also, the Wi-fi is not the best - we've stayed on the first floor, and sometimes the internet connection would switch from the Wi-fi to my data. This hasn't impacted our stay as we traveled for leisure, not work, but just a thing that can maybe be improved.
