A security guard was on the parking of the hotel when we arrived during the night. He helped us to check in and it gave a security feeling. Clean room, bathroom, corridors, etc. Personnel was nice. Calm place even if it is near the highway (no noise).

A very warm welcome from staff showing us how to check in on the keyless entry. This was earlier than published check in time and even allowed us early access to one room to change. Staff friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was very good and exceeded expectations. Very clean and comfortable. Well located and only 30mins cycle to the Arenberg trench. Exceeded expectations for a 2 star.. Selection of restaurants close by and local area is safe despite first impressions. Secure parking

Rooms a little on small side for two but adequate for overnight stay

We have stayed in a B&B hotel before and really liked the breakfast hence we chose to stay with them again, and the breakfast didn't disappoint. The breakfast room is nice and sunny. We also like the location of the hotel which is close to the A2 motorway, convenient for our journey home from Brussels to the UK.

The hotel is quite hard to find even with a navigator. It's kind of hidden behind the tram tracks at the back of a housing estate. We got to the housing estate and thought we'd come to the end of the road, then realised there was a small road at the end to go down to the tram track. We then had to cross the tram track to get to the hotel.

It was perfect for a overnight stay. Though they said we need to check in ourselves, a staff was there to help us ( though he didn’t speak English), was very helpful

Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast (fresh French croissant & bread). Secured car park (fences, camera, lights)

Everything you need for a one night stop.

The hotel is in an isolated place. You need a car to access shops, restaurants etc.

The best bb hotel I have ever been to. Was there with my kid while traveling around France. I could rest properly and felt safe in that place. Securty at night looks after who is leaving and comming into hotel. Breakfast was nice.

It was what it was advertised to be: cheap, clean and comfortable. Just outside the town, so great for travelers passing through.

When coming very late, you have to leave the car outside the hotel parking while you register and get the code to open your room - and the parking gate.

Clean place, close to the highway. Convenient system for check-in. Good price.

Could not get breakfast because we hadn't booked in advance.

Clean and tidy with tea and coffee plus all you can eat breakfast.
