The breakfast offered a wide variety of items that would appeal to most tastes, including various types of breads, muffins, and pancakes; fresh fruit, yoghurt, hot items including sausage patties, omelete, biscuits and gravy; juice, coffee, tea, and other hot beverages. The variety of offerings surprised us for an Econo Lodge.

Construction is ongoing to improve the appearance and refresh this older hotel. That's a good thing, as the end result will be an improvement.

The beds were VERY comfortable and the shower was incredible - probably the best I've ever had in any lodging worldwide! Super pressure and plenty of hot water. The room was clean, and it was quiet even with the motel being pretty full. The area felt safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Typically we prefer to stay at hotels, but we would stay here again and again.

With four of us sharing a room, we could have used more USB ports/ chargers.

Great location if you want to visit different attractions in the area Carlsbad caverns. All stores are near by the main road. Best of of free continental breakfast.

The rooms are nice and clean! Wish there were more than one washer and one dryer working. Other than that, a nice place.

This is a wonderful classic hotel. For those who remember the large super Holiday Inn hotels this like a walk down memory lane. Brought back a lot of good memories from my childhood days.

We awoke the first morning to discover the shower handle was broken. The floors were filthy!

The breakfast place was very good and clean

Our tv didn't work and was dirty( fingerprints, splashes of something all over the screen . Windows dirty.

Good breakfast and nice hot shower with satisfying water pressure. Bed was as comfortable as expected and room was quiet. I came back and stayed another night.

My husband left an item in the room and they let us go back abruptly get it. The hot breakfast was amazing. Staff was very nice.
