Great location, terrific architecture, especially the dining room / restaurant and terrace. Outstandingly helpful reception person. We had booked a double room and were first given a room with two single mattresses together. We asked for a room with a double mattress and were immediately given for no extra cost the 3rd floor room, which is a spectacular tower room (if a little small) with views on three sides. Extremely comfortable bed.

Sierre has the main Rhône Valley railway line running through the middle of it, the noise of which must affect all properties in the historic centre of the town. But we cannot say that our night’s sleep was affected by it at all, and the hotel does offer ear plugs for anyone who might be a light sleeper.

Good breakfast. Very friendly, personable staff. Centrally located - only a few minutes walk from the railway station. Lovely clean room - loved the tree picture on the ceiling of the room!

Very central, very close to the train station. The lady who was on reception waited for us to arrive even although it was after 8pm. That gesture meant a lot to us after a very long journey. Thank you again!

The hotel is modern, comfortable and the staff are excellent. The breakfast room and views were also excellent.

the room was very warm - it's an old building so the heat really builds up, even outside of the main summer season. They did provide a room fan which was great, as the hotel is so central you can't really open the windows at night as it's noisy so the fan is a definite must :-)

Best shower and bed we have had so far on our month long trip. Room had a lovely view, peacefully quiet and close to the rail station. Loved the calming tree motif on the ceiling above the bed!

A jug or coffee maker would be nice but I did understand that this wasn’t a feature in the room when I booked it. Just a note that it would be nice to have the option.

This is a great choice if you stay in Sierre. The hotel is new, but in a wonderdul renovated bulding in the city centre. The room offers all you need, including a large bath with a bath tablet offered. We did not mind that the sink was in the room for this reason. The bed was big and comfortable.

The brekfast had a solid choice of sweet and salty dishes, though mostly cold.

The room was very clean. The food was really good. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very kind. It was a very good service. I liked that after the first night in the morning I was asked how I had slept. (The first night sometimes is difficult.)

As a minor issue the liquid soap in the shower is too watery. Its consistency should be more creamy. But I must say it has an excellent smell. I didn't like that aside the washbasin there was a plastic beaker. I didn't use it. With respect of the environment nowadays by all means there should be used a glas. At the reception I asked for a glas and did receive one.

The breakfast was disappointing, even though I paid extra money for it (no cheese, no eggs, missing something fresh like cucumbers or tomatoes)

The Hotel is very well organized and really clean. The staff is super. The breakfast is great, with a lot of choice, very nice veranda overlooking the mountains nearby ...

Well the size of the room is listed on Booking com as being 20 m2, really is only about 15, the table is really minuscule. beds are good,

We had a warm welcome. The hotel is very clean and the room, functional and perfect for a short stay. We also enjoyed the brioche style bread served for breakfast.

I could hear the guest next door snooring :(
