The location is excellent, it's very close to the central station. The hotel has a free breakfast and the area where the breakfast is held is very nice. And the breakfast is very good, lots of variety. And the brownies!! They are excellent 👌🏻

The hotel room is nice. The space could be better used, there's a huge empty space and the bed could be slightly bigger, but it's ok. There was only one small window, so not much sunlight and not a very nice view The hotel room wasn't cleaned at all during my stay, eventually I learned it's because they clean the room only every 3 days, unless asked. This wasn't very clear for me. Also, we stayed for 4 nights and the room wasn't cleaned at all

I got into a room that wasn't small for the first time. As in the past, I would always get the small spaced room really small with windows facing the station. I liked how it had a skylight windows type above me. The breakfast is lovely and always being replenish, the staff are friendly you can chat with them and they'd smile at you. Really welcoming and charming hotel. I would definitely come back every time I'am in Malmo - would recommend it!

Nothing in-particular, I have always been a guest in this hotel. I would prefer from now on to get hopefully the bigger rooms as It feels more comfortable to stay in than the smaller ones. I believe this is perhaps the extended side of the hotel. I really like it this side.

Location is near to the Central Train Station, next to airport bus station too. Also, in few minutes you can reach old town , with restaurants, walking streets . The hotel was clean, our room was small, but clean and the view was great: view to the channel and rail station. Fresh breakfast and tasty. The cofee was fantastic!!!

I think they made fun of us. Because we leaved early morning they say that breakfast will be packed to go. Later on we discovered 2 slices of bread with 1 very very thin slice of cheese and 1 very very thin of ham , and 1 juice for 2 persons. Lucky , the other days breakfast in the hotel was very good.

I had a very good stay of a few days. The location of the hotel in the city is excellent. Everyone I met in the hotel was super kind and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean, and had a beautiful view over the roofs of central Malmö. The breakfast room is very inviting and the choice, quality and freshness of the breakfast buffet was generally very good.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to provide a bathroom mat? My strong recommendation for improvement goes to the quality of the coffee (currently an instant-coffee-based product from a machine) and orange juice at breakfast, both of which I found a real letdown for an otherwise really good breakfast experience.

Very good location. A few minutes from the centre. The room was great very spacious. It was a special room with lovely bay window and very nice bathroom. Actually we upgraded the room. The first one was small and access the double bed from one side only. A bit difficult at 73 years of age. The Garage was next to the main entrance. The reception was very helpful when we arrived. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice. Good hard working staff at breakfast. Plenty shops and Restaurants near by.

Getting out of the garage with my Jaguar was very difficult. Very small turning circle. You have to be an experience driver to get out. It took 5 minutes manoeuvring to get out. Very bad design. The garage is good. To get out, is a problem with a biggish car.

Great location opposite train & bus station & town centre just around the corner. Breakfast is substantial but can get crowded during the last hour especially at weekends but that’s the case at all hotels.

I was overcharged at check in compared to my confirmed price with booking.com. As receipt was in sek didn’t realise error till later when I did currency conversion. Receptionist confirmed error, apologised and arranged refund onto credit card, hopefully it will come through! Double bed is a small one, tucked up against the window so a bit awkward getting in, ideal for single use but tight for two.

The room was quite comfortable and compact for couples or single traveler. The beds were good for sleep. The bathrooms and toilets were quite clean. The reception staff were friendly. There was also a common area for working and relaxation with common bathrooms and toilets. Coffee is available always and free for the guests. Also the hotel is situated very close to the train and Bus station. The complimentary breakfast was really good and menu was with good variety and extensive. The bathroom had shower gels and body lotions. There is also a luggage are where you can store the luggage.

Not much to complain about. The elevator was quite small in area. As it is quite close to the roads, sometimes you could hear noise from outside. The lighting in the room could get more brighter if guests want to do remote-work.

Great location - easy walk from the train station and we only stayed the 1 night so this was convenient. Very clean modern room though very small. Really good breakfast included and lovely indoor and outdoor areas. Good reading lamp which I appreciate.

Quite a busy road which was noisy but once the windows closed it was ok. Room is small and a struggle to find somewhere for 2 suitcases. Breakfast room needs a warning sign about the sea gulls which land on your food plates if left unattended for even a couple of seconds- I mentioned this to wait staff so hope management follow through. Sea gulls got my plate and at least 3 others while we were there!

The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the train station. Also, even thought the check-in said it was only until 23:00, after contacting them they confirmed us that we could check-in at 2:00am no problem. It was a last minute decision and it was a great choice! If you ever lose a train to go to Helsingborg or norther, do not hesitate going to Malmö C and say here. It was really nice!

The beds are a bit small and the comfort quality is not the best of course. However, we slept like babies for one night. Keep in mind it is not a 5-star hotel, it's just a nice short-stay hotel.

The location of the hotel is spot on right next to main bus and train terminal. Those coming in from Malmo airport - the Flybussarna station is across the street from the hotel. Staff is helpfull and friendly ready to meet your requests. Breakfast bag is also available if youre leaving early.

The bed is absolutely too soft. If you want to get out of it u need to crawl out. Found snuss packets sticked to the wall and on the floor. But otherwise cleanliness is good. Bathroom is very small, but I mean very small. If u don't mind wetting the whole bathroom it's ok. Sleepyheads breakfast here isn't for u. It ends very early in the morning.
