Large, soundproof and well-equipped room with excellent views. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. At breakfast there was a good choice and even someone who made omeletts to order. The hotel is in an excellent location front on the beach front and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. There was a good pool and terrace and a small fitness room. There is a restaurant serving all day.

The restaurant is part of the main lobby which can get very noisy. It should be in a Quiter, and more suitable, area.

Modern style of rooms, good sized rooms, beautiful view of the sea, balcony with table and chairs and outdoor outlet so I could relax whilst still being able to charge technology and gadgets. Delicious breakfasts and dinner too. Internet was very good here too - I held multiple video calls back to the UK with no issues. But the best part was the kind and friendly staff. I felt extremely welcome, safe and secure during my stay here and the staff couldn’t have been better. I would like to personally mention and thank a very friendly man who worked there called Leo who made my stay even better - he was kind, courteous and provided a service which Transamerica Prestige should be proud of! I would definitely stay here again based off the customer service and staff alone!

The elevators are temperamental and required multiple attempts to get them working with your room card. The rooms themselves, whilst beautifully styled and decorated, are showing their age when looked at in a close manner. My door frame had separated quite significantly from the wall and the bathroom had water damage in the ceiling. Various other (minor) age-related issues could be seen too. I think this is due to the rooms requiring renovating as many have already said. However, this did not impact the enjoyment of my stay, and the customer service and staff were more than enough to make up for this. I just hope they get enough funds to renovate the rooms soon as it will definitely make this hotel the absolute best place to stay in Boa Viagem!

The Employees was amazing, the food was just excellent, and location.

Everything was perfect. From the faciltiies to the staff. The view to the beach was incredible as well.

I think you guys should really offer coalho cheese for breakfast as a main staple of the region.

it's not a question of not liking anything, but rather possible minor improvements, such as a more varied breakfast and opening the swimming pool before 9 AM and after 6 PM

The hotel location was central and safe. It was nice and clean. Breakfast were great! The stuff eventhough the did not speak a lot of english, usuaĺly only Portuguese, they were very helpful and nice, especiaĺly reception ladies and sweet Vitor helped us a great deal with everything we needed even advised and booked services outside the hotel (massage, cosmetician, hood brazilian restaurant). Nice private pool with ocean view. Generally very good food and services.

The windows did not fit properly so when big wind outside, then a bit of draft in the room. And the shower in the room could me with mobile hand shower as well. :)
