I don’t even know where to begin, because words truly can’t do justice to how incredible this resort was. I’ve traveled quite a bit and stayed in some beautiful places over the years, but I can say without hesitation that I have never experienced anything quite like this. From the moment we arrived to the day we (sadly) checked out, everything was simply perfect. Let’s start with the location — breathtaking is an understatement. Whether you’re gazing out over the ocean, lounging by the pool, or strolling through the lush tropical gardens, every inch of the resort feels like a postcard come to life. The accommodations were top-notch. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the private balcony gave us a peaceful retreat to sip our coffee each morning and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature. Every little detail, from the quality of the linens to the ambient lighting, was thoughtfully curated.

I'm so glad I took a chance and chose Tropic Isle Beach Resort instead of a chain hotel! The proximity to the beach cannot be beat. 2 minute walk! And this end of the beach is the least crowded. They also provide beach chairs and other beach stuff for kids in the "goodies room." Parking is also super convenient. Just mere steps to our room. Getting our luggage and groceries in was fast and easy. There are several mirrors (important for 2 girls traveling together) so more than one person has a spot to primp. It's very quaint. Other guests that were enjoying the outdoor seating areas were super friendly. You feel like you're part of the gang. The area in general was very quiet. Curtains adequately blocked light from the outside so we could sleep in. We would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend.

The bed in general was very clean and comfortable with enough pillows. But, 100% cotton sheets/ bedding would be more comfortable and breathable. The weather was on the cooler side during our winter stay. We could've used an additional thin layer of bedding.

We had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were very clean and these were set up nicely as a small efficiency room. While it’s not a 5 star resort, guests looking for friendly people, a quick walk to the beach, and a good value for your money, I would recommend this place. It was nice to have beach chairs to use and they were easily accessible. I would def come back to this place if visiting Deerfield Beach again. One last thing, we forgot to lock our door by accident and I received a text from the manager letting us know that she had locked our door for us from her app. It was nice to stay in a place that cares about its guests!

I wish there was a roll of paper towels in the room to make it easier to clean up things.

Review is for 2 different rooms, 1 for my husband and me (King Studio), 1 for our daughter and grandsons (Deluxe King 1 bedroom. Location is very good, short walk to the beach and the boardwalk that runs along Deerfield Beach. Pool area/courtyard is pretty and well maintained. Liked that Tropic Isles is a small complex. Tonya was helpful and easy to contact even when she was not on the property. The Deluxe King 1 bedroom is large, well equipped. Pool/ Beach towels supplied, along with other pool and beach items.

Deluxe King 1 bedroom- Stairs are steep and uncovered, when it rains have to be very careful going up and down. King Studio- Keypad to enter room is very hard to see numbers, especially late when sun hits it. Microwave on top of refrigerator is very difficult to use, especially for someone short like me (5ft 3in). Husband even had trouble and he is 5ft 11in. Could not move it because it was plugged in behind refrigerator. Limited pots and pans, only 1 very small pot. No microwave safe cooking dishes. When first got into room the smell of cleaner/bleach was a bit overwhelming. Wish there was a King 1 bedroom on first floor.

Great location, close to the beach , 5 min walk. There were beach chairs and umbrellas, outdoor rinse station. The pool looked clean, we didn't use it. Great response from the manager, by text. Apartment clean, comfortable, big kitchen with all the basics. (no paper towels or paper napkins, so if it's important then bring some). Great feature is a key pad entry, so no worries about the key. Parking is close to building. Bed is memory foam mattress. Don't use sleeper sofa - the mattress is not comfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby, walking distance.

very minor - no paper towels in the kitchen or tissues, but we managed.

Visited here for a mother/ daughter trip. Absolutely loved this little gem. A block from the beach and walking distance to the restaurants and shops. The area is quaint and lively. Quick drive to Pompano and Boca Beach if you want to try out other beaches The rooms were adorable. Clean and updated. The outside yard had a tropical feel and the pool was so nice. You can have a BBQ with family and friends. I would definitely choose this place to stay and am going to ask a group of friends to join us next time. Tonya was so helpful and so nice. She was always around if needed and easy to get a hold of. We had a very late check in and everything went smoothly. Tonya reached out the day before our arrival to explain check in. Great service!

There is nothing that I didn't like

The location is terrific- beach is in your backyard and you can walk to restaurants. Rooms are well equipped with full sized fridge, cooktop, microwave and coffee maker. You can borrow beach chairs and umbrellas easily and can get fresh beach towels daily. The courtyard feels private and many guests used the outdoor tables and chairs to just hang out, which was nice. There is also an outdoor grill available.

One of our rooms was in the front corner of the property. There were bright lights in the parking lot that were very intrusive. The window had wooden blinds but the light came right in. When we told the manager they provided a tarp left over from a painting job that stuck to the wall. The tarp was great but not a long term solution and kept falling off at night. We were only there for three nights and there was no other room available but if light or street noise is a problem for you, avoid room 2.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tropic Isle for two nights, and I must say it was an exceptional experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process quick and easy. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a plush bed, bathroom, and toiletries.

While the hotel’s location was great for the beach, the surrounding area did get a little noisy at night due to being situated next to a main road, which made it difficult to fully relax at times.

Tropic Isle is a wonderful hotel just steps from the beach! The grounds and rooms are beautiful - inviting, relaxing, comfortable, quiet, and private. Everything you need for a perfect stay in Deerfield Beach! I traveled solo and felt very safe and at home. The shower has great water pressure and there is a washer/dryer on-site for guest use. Tonya and her team - Moses and Anna - were a delight to talk and work with. I'm looking forward to coming back with my family someday soon!

I come to this hotel every year with my family, and we went this weekend for Mother’s Day and it was awesome!! It is very chill and relaxing and the room has everything you need. My older son loves it and has so much fun. They also provided me a crib for my smaller baby. It has a barbecue, pool with floaters, and Its walking distance from the beach. Very recommended 10/10. Tonya is a sweetheart, Thank you for having us!! We will be back soon.
