The room was very nice. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The parking. I couldn't find my car when I was ready to leave. I remember the level and letter where I was parked but when I went there. my car wasn't there. I had to call Security for assistance. It seems there are 2 sides in the parking garage that bare the same levels and Letter. And I was on the wrong side. How was I to know there were 2 sides to the garage that bare the same information. There was no posting that gave me that info. and since I had never been there before, I had no idea there were 2 sides of the parking garage.

We liked the comfortable large room and large bathroom. Closeness to the boardwalk and beach. The variety of restaurants and foods within the resort. Friendliness of the staff we met. .

Parking garage felt like a labyrinth, could have more signs. Parking is $30. Giving hotel guests a voucher for maybe $15 off would go a long way. Maybe something usable in the casino. We would have loved to see more seating areas that are not part of the casino or restaurants. Also we suggest to have a small printout map for hotel guests to help find their tower/room. It's not impossible to find but could still be easier. When we arrived, live music was playing at a stage near the check in. That made the whole check in a loud area. I just dislike having you shout across a counter to ask a question. That should be more closed off to keep it less noisy.

Felt safe even though it was large with lots of people. Staff was super helpful making sure I got a non-smoking room and in finding my conference.

There are smokers in the Casinos but they must have a super air filtration system.

Didn’t have breakfast on the premises… didn’t see no notification of a complimentary breakfast

Didn’t like certain members of the bell service or valet service asking for tips

Loved the comfort, cleanliness, and location of our room, which was the Deluxe King Oceanview, non-smoking. Also enjoyed the live bands, restaurants, and desserts available during our stay. Really great atmosphere, and security was good also.

The only problem was the strong cigarette smoke throughout the casino. Although there are " designated smoking areas," the odor of both cigars AND cigarettes was quite annoying, and the odor stayed in our clothing. We really love coming to Hard Rock and would have extended our stay for a few days, but the smoky smell was becoming overwhelming. We will probably start visiting the smoke-free casinos for a while.

Loved the vibe, comfortable room, ocean view, courteous staff, indoor pool, variety of dining options, and location on the boardwalk near the Steel Pier. Spacious, lovely room and comfy beds. The hotel is high end and beautiful, and the best part is all the celebrity memorabilia, from clothing to cars to handwritten letters and instruments. It was very cool to see it all! The cherry on top was the live music in the lobby bar that anyone could sit and enjoy every night!

The lighting in the room seemed dim, the sliding door to the bathroom wouldn't stay open, and there was no exhaust fan so everything fogged up and got steamy after you showered. It would have been nice to have a microwave in addition to the mini fridge to warm up left overs from the restaurants. Also, the elevators were often crowded or full. But these were all minor things that can be overlooked and we absolutely loved our stay.

We had a great time at The Hard Rock Casino. Everyone was so nice and room was clean and big.

The only thing I could complain about would be no microwave in the room. This may be a safety reason I don't know but the food portions were so big we always had leftovers and no way to reheat them for later.

The decor, the bartender at Council Oak and check in was smooth

Security guys were nasty

Staff was pleasant at all times, from the valet, to the check in, and bellboy.

My room wasn't ready until after 2pm. I arrived at 1pm and had to wait for a long time for the room to be ready. I have a soundcheck event and was late for it. Had to wait for my bags to be delivered to the room and they were the wrong bags. There was zero toilet paper in the bathroom. You would think that after waiting for an hour and a half, there would be at least a toilet paper in the bathroom. I noticed it at 1am and had to call to have it delivered to the room. It is the little things, overly priced in my opinion.

The room was quite large, clean & comfortable. Very nice large shower. Great location on the boardwalk. Nice restaurants on site. Friendly & helpful staff.

Casino very loud & smokey. Parking: HORRIBLE. Valet & parking are double the cost of New York corruption other hotels in AC. Confusing to have 3 doors to ramp. If you go in the wrong one, you’ll be lost in the ramp. Very long way to carry luggage( we are not young). We booked our room 9 months ago and we had a room with a view of the roof/ AC on 6th floor. Was disappointing.
