The location was perfect. Very close to the city center and most of the tourist destinations. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. We were travelling with a baby. The staff helped us with get warm water for the formula.

The breakfast should be improved. Options are limited and the coffee is too strong

Breakfast was fresh, balanced & complete. The room was good value for the money. The front desk staff were very helpful with advice and providing taxi's to move around the city.

It was all very attractive and I would stay there again. It is a little out of the way, however that meant peace and quiet in the evening.

Value, you receive good quality for a very reasonable price. The staff is amazing and the breakfast very good. Patricia, Luna and Andres always very kind and ready to help.

I liked the fact that the property was close to Alameda with its great open air market, its next door to the soccer stadium, and it is located close to all major places like the zoo, souvenir market, centre of cali, or eco-parks in the south.

Some families can be noisy and the doors are not heavy duty, anyone 200 pounds and up can easily kick the door in.

It’s modern clean and nice and comfortable bed hot shower the staff are good I have a little Spanish they have a little English and we managed light hearted welcoming I stayed here before and if I am in Cali again I will stay again

Breakfast was good but my mother was asking for coffee earlier and they didn’t have Also, during the reservation was asking for a 2 beds room for 2 people, “subject to availability “ was the answer I got. The point is that if I’m asking the staff they should be the ones that know that, I wasn’t expecting that answer at all

The staff was friendly and the breakfast probably the best we've had in Colombia (not much but by far the most generous). Also clean and giving one the sense of being in a modern place

I was staying in a single person room and the bed was still in the bigger range of single beds and super comfortable. The AC was amazing. Staff super nice.

The room was a little bit small but I didn’t need bigger anyways cause I was just gonna sleep there.

Great location near everything but most important all the employees were amazing, very helpful and very friendly
