This hotel was clean and quiet, the property surrounding it was pretty and the area was safe, the food at the restaurant was good, the pool was clean and nice, and the staff members were kind and helpful. The spa was a little difficult to book, like, we couldn’t book in advance and then once we arrived the spots we really wanted were booked, but services at the spa were great!

We don’t speak Spanish and no staff members spoke English, so communication was sometimes difficult, but we all made it work. Staff were patient with our broken Spanish and used translators to communicate important information.

We like the facilities. Parking, Breakfast area, Roof Top bar and social area are all great. The option to have a warm, made to order breakfast is great.

The engagement process used by the staff during the breakfast service send the wrong signal to the customer. We only had breakfast twice. The first night I was assigned a temporary room because the original one was not available and the next day I give another room. She was not aware of the change and it should not be to me to explain that if the hotel made this decision. Then I order two bottle of water to go and took several calls to be able to get them. Also, the first night I was assigned a room and found another guest sleeping there. It was corrected immediately but this is unacceptable.

Bed was super comfortable and room was spacious. Roof top pool was lovely and quiet when we used it. The roof bar is good and reasonably priced.

Breakfast was so so. Waiter forgot most of our order so had to ask for thing twice. We had a few issues with the room, such as the key card not turning the on electrics it was eventually sorted but took 3 phone calls as after the first call they didn’t see a problem with it.

Very clean and great location.

The AC units had a uncomfortable sound. Had to turn off the AC inside the bedroom and keep the AC in living room on to be able to sleep. The curtain in master bedroom also needs to be fixed, did not close all the way.

The breakfast was made fresh to order. The servers were very friendly and helpful. The food quality was prepared well and flavorful.

The beds were too hard for my preference. And the pillows were like a sack of cement. But other than that, the room was comfortable, clean and spacious.

Clean facilities, helpful staff, breakfast was great. The room was very comfy and nice. The hotel itself is gorgeous and honestly wasn’t even that expensive if you take its quality into account.

Can’t think of anything

On suburbs. Quiet area. Don’t stay next to elevator. Food is amazing. Staff is like your family. Safe place. Nice pool and massage area. Book a room with jacuzzi.

it is isolated from places but use Uber or rappi to order food. Will stay again. Is a 5 star place under a 4.

Location and rooms were very good. It was very confortable and cozy. check in and check out was easy and great. Breakfast was good, quality and freshness of the food was great.

It was delicious, every day was something new and Cali Traditional food!

The beds and pillows were hard.

Clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and professional. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I definitely consider going back.
