Although at the arrival , the room provided did not meet the requirements for a disable room , the manager of the hotel, provided us with a room equipped for a disable person. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The Hotel needs to ensure to equip the rooms for disable people as most of the room don't have the handles to hold when using the toilet. when booking online the description of the room should include details on whether the room has the facilities for a disable person. for the price of the hotel , the breakfast buffet should have more variety as the selection was limited.

Large and bright room (no. 1411), extremely comfortable bed, functional furnishings, bathroom with rain shower. Internally well soundproofed rooms. Very quick and well managed elevators. Location is perfectly downtown. The free Wi-Fi is very powerful and has always been very stable in any area of the hotel (from the room to the business area lounges). The Hotel is absolutely well structured to manage highly relevant business events.

The quality and variety of breakfast did not satisfy me. It was not in line with what an international hotel of this level (5 stars) should offer. There was a lot of local food. Not bad, but far away from the typical American Breakfast (eggs & bacon). Most of the bread (excluding toast) was sweet. The windows of the room are not double-glazed, so there is neither insulation from the noise (the main road in front of the hotel is busy 20 hours a day) nor from the external heat (air conditioning always on).

I enjoyed the staff and their willingness to help me. they were very friendly and accommodating

The addition money that they required to bring a quest to my room. I paid for double occupancy of my room and they still required me to pay additional money for a quest.

Excellent hotel, staff looking to help and assist with everything. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Hotel located in the city center, close to restaurants, clubs, pubs, cafes. And to the San Antonio neighborhood

The room was very spacious, and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining and cleaning the room daily. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.

I had hiccups with the WIFI initially, but shoutout to (Sebastian) for being diligent and resolving that issue.

Everything was excellent

The security at the door kept pushing us to get the car out of the driveway while we checked in. We were a group of 7, and we were getting all the luggage out. He was very nasty to us.

The facilities are excellent, the pool, the bedroom, and the bar were great. The location is perfect for those who want to have everything near good restaurants, bars, and discos.

I had to wait for 20 minutes in the reception, in my experience that time was too much but, I understood that the hotel had a big group of guests at the same moment.
