The receptionist was nice and friendly and so was the lady that was setting up the breakfast buffet.

I found dried potato fries and black stains on the carpet under the striped sofa chair in the living room when I moved it to accommodate my mother in laws wheelchair. The wall above the bathroom had black lint created most likely by the air conditioner vent. The sofa bed had a torn cushion cover exposing all one side of the cushion. Overall it was fairly clean.

The Staff from arrived Ms. Mary, Katlin, morning breakfast cook, maintenance, and Cleaning Staff. Treated my Wife, Grandkids and I as Royalty with upmost Respect. Making my 63rd Birthday overwhelming. Can’t wait to tell my Co-Workers of the Trip, also my Clients in Recovery. As I’m a Substance Abuse Counselor. Thanks for coming home to Houston from San Francisco for an Awesome Birthday Vacation.

I loved everything ABOUT THIS PLACE from the warm inviting entrance to the wonderful room to the wonderful breakfast the next morning.

I didn't get to say at the Country I mm where I had my reservation. I had to go next door to their sister's facility because my reservation was not granted. Even though I made it a week in advance. Also the pool had no type of heating system it was 🥶 extremely cold when I were that night during the adult hours. It was a very horrible experience. No kind of heating system, THE INDOOR POOL was one of the main reasons that I chose this place.

The lady at the front desk when I checked in was so friendly and accommodating . The hotel was very clean ,beds were very comfortable and the little extra touch of the swan towel on the beds at check in was just really nice . The heated indoor pool was very nice and the breakfasts was good . I I’ll definitely stay here again

Th staff was wonderful and the facility was awesome. My family and I enjoyed every moment of our visit. We will definitely visit this area again

I lost my air pods in one of the rooms and contacted the hotel about it. Even though my air pod location was still showing they were still in the hotel. Nobody ever contacted me back about it. After I reached out twice about my air pods that cost $800

The large rooms, and the cleanliness of the entire place. Breakfast was yummy. There is a smell in the room, but honestly I feel like hotels closer to the ocean smell the same (its not a bad smell).

The pool was cold! With 3 kids, was hoping for a pool we could use.

Nearby Airport, Bed was comfortable, spacious rooms, friendly staff and breakfast included was decent.

Wasn't able to walk anywhere outside the hotel due to no public footpaths, so I required a taxi or Uber to get around since we didn't have a car.

I liked the fact that when I arrived I was greeted upon arrival, and was provided my key really fast.

I slept on pull out sofa but I didn’t have any top cover. My sister had brought her blanket, so she shared her cover with me.

They have a nice friendly staff and clean facility. Hotel is in a good location. Although the pool was under maintenance we were given the opportunity to swim at the hotel next door.

On previous visits here their was a jacuzzi. On this visit we noticed that it had been removed. This was a little disappointing.

Very spacious room. Comfy bed. Great location and amazing staff! Shuttle to the airport was great! We will definitely come again!

I believe we missed out on the amazing breakfast that most are talking about. We still found stuff to eat. Thank you. We also found a clamp of hair that wasn't ours in the bad.
