The room was spacious and comfortable, with a number of cupboards for storing and hanging clothes and other personal items. The beds were comfortable and bathrobes and slippers were provided. The en-suite bathroom was well-equipped with enough towels as well as hanging space. There was also a large balcony overlooking a picture perfect view. The management and staff were welcoming and helpful. A good breakfast was included. At the time of booking, I had specified that I am vegan and the chef made a special vegan spread as well as a vegan cake - much appreciated.

The owners and staff are professional and will help you relax in every way. The hotel combines Alpine tradition with contemporary modernity. It has some pleasant, modern social spaces with well-chosen quality music playing in the background, and a room for quality wines expertly served. Pictures of the hotel reflect the reality.

loved the hotel , room nice and spacious, stuff very frendly an helpfull. My only complaint is about the pilows which are very hard and unconfertable.

Carlotta and Andreas are fantastic hosts. This is a lovely hotel with the personal touch. We even had a few surprises we were not expecting which was nice. Particularly the free shuttle to and from the lifts. The breakfast was really good, so much choice. The relaxation area was a nice touch. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The icing on top of the cake was the lovely reception they put in for free for all guests on new year's eve. We will definitely be back to stay in the future.

The rooms,cleanliness, the breakfast owner and staff who made us all welcome. Great location, silence at night, and the views, especially the sunshine on the mountain peaks in the morning

Very nice hotel serving a good breakfast and mixing a combimation of tradition and modern interior design. The room was really super with a loot of space. It was all veru clean and the hosts are very helpfull. With the stay we also had the trourist card which provide discounts (we use the card for the shuttle bus). Parking is just outside of the hotel.

Excellent room with balcony. The breakfast was the best we had on our 3-week trip by far. The staff was very friendly and even organized a bag with food for us to go when we had to check-out early in the morning. The dinner at the small restaurant at the hotel was delicious. Will definitely look at this place again for my next visit to the Dolomites.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Small, homy, and the main staff are actually the owners who treat each guest like family. The room was lovely, plenty of parking and all the facilities were in great condition. There's also a small restaurant on site which serves a fine-dining level of food, absolutely delicious. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely spacious room. Very clean. My wife is Coeliac and the hotel catered for her brilliantly, both at evening dinner and especially at breakfast. The hosts, Carlotta and Andrea were fantastic throughout our stay. The location is stunning and situated about 2 minute walk from the main centre of Canazei.
