Everything was pretty good overall. The air conditioning worked very well. The bed was comfortable. There was hot water. There was wifi. The price was also reasonable. The staff are polite, some of them were even excessively friendly (and patient with my awful Turkish).

There were a few minor issues. The wifi, though generally fast, had a strange habit of shutting off randomly. Rather annoying during quite a few meetings. A couple issues with repairs here and there; the toilet was a bit wobbly and the sink had a small leak. The biggest problem I think is the location. There are several very good restaurants across the street, but to get to a full grocery store takes 20 minutes on foot (granted that 20-minute walk leads to an area with everything, even three Migroses!)

The hotel was exceptional

Only thing İ didn't like was the location. It was my first trip in Istanbul and I didn't know about the locations. It was some 50 kms away from the downtwn and main attractions.

Basic 3 star hotel. Located far from the city center, but good choice for a great value for money seekers of a hotel around Tuyap and Tuyap Center. Shining clean, very friendly and helpful staff, basic but worthy breakfast (included in price). Great value.

No separation to smokers and non smokers rooms.

Staff is extremely cooperative, location is good as far as my work place tuyap exhibition is concerning, valued to money.

Breakfast needs to improve, to other nationals, I should continantal

I really like this place, its pretty far from Istanbul but we were there for 1st may so no traffic, we needed 40 minutes to downtown. Good breakfast, food staff, parking spot.

I stayed here for 2 nights, then I extended 6 nights more, one of the best hotels in istanbul, the rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast buffet is very good, thanks to Mr.omar and Ms.merve on the front desk also for being always friendly and helpful,I recommend this hotel
