Nice employees. Great spacious room, hot strong water, comfortable bed & pillows. Quiet. GREAT location, many shops to walk to for all needs. Breakfast included, although we did not eat it because it isn't our kind of food. But a smoothie shop is in the parking lot! Good size fridge, microwave & Keurig coffee machine are great conveniences. There's a pool outside, I'm sure people love that. Easy parking.

The gym needs maintenance - one of the treadmills didn't work at all. The other has a limping screen so hard to figure it out, but the treadmill itself did work. 4 guests were in there at once & we would have used all the cardio equipment had both treadmills worked.

Really clean and quiet hotel. I was expecting something much worse and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and nice this hotel was. The staff was friendly, and I felt incredibly safe as a woman traveling alone.

Vending machine was out of water so I had to take multiple tiny cups of free lobby water to my room. The lemon water was delicious though!

What we enjoyed was how spacious the room was and the cleanliness. Our room was well worth the price considering that we booked last minute.

We only stayed one night, so the only minor complaint I could have is that most of the breakfast food was gone by the time we went, which was around 8am.

Location, staff (front desk, and housekeeping), amazing professional and customers oriented.

Informed the front desk day manager (female Caucasian), that the a/c was not working properly she acknowledged my information. Up to the date of my checking out nothing had been taking cared of. There's more to say but I'll be brief she needs not to judge the book by its cover. I am a heterosexual man.

Helpful staff, clean common areas, nice breakfast bar. Located adjacent to a restaurant strip with many options, across the street is a Walmart super center. A plethora of services nearby. Pool, a mini store, comfortable bed.great staff.

The hotel was perfect! The location was perfect! We enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Surroundings area had everything right there restaurants, shopping, and our family close by. The Hotel made accommodations for our needs and they were so helpful at check in we will be back. Thank you so much!

The location is perfect for us to visit our friends who live nearby. We love the King Executive Suite which offers us plenty of room to relax, keep snacks and drinks in the kitchen and the outside balcony is just wonderful.

The breakfast wasn't the best. The eggs were often cold. There were a few options which helped some. In the past, there was a mini Denver omelet which was quite good. That wasn't an option this time which was disappointing. Also, the butter was too cold to spread on the bread.

I loved pretty much everything. It was a great location, clean, comfortable, friendly staff & wonderful value.

The Kurig didn’t work but it wasn’t too big of a deal since I’m not a huge coffee drinker. I do wish their were more towel racks & wash rag holders besides the hook on the door & the one small holder by the sink.

Hot buffet breakfast is a big reason we chose the hotel. We missed it Saturday morning- thought it was served later on weekends. The Sunday egg choice was interesting - not sure what it was. But wasn’t the favorite scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage.

The food wasn’t hot in the steamer pans.

The staff were engaging and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The standard of the breakfast varied each day with availability of certain items not always consistent. However I would suggest there was enough variety to suit everyone's taste.
