I liked this hotel :) Some of the reviews are dated so this is current May '23. From what I understand a lot of the hotel has been renovated / is under renovation. My room itself was perfect. Freshly painted, very clean, comfortable bed, nice bedding pillows, great shower and fast wifi. I had a balcony overlooking the sea and islands and it would be hard to beat that view. It ticks most of the boxes. A couple of things to mention which brings it from a 9 to an 8 ( which is still very good ) Yes you will hear the occasional drilling but nothing major and certainly not a building site. Most people are out in the daytime and I only heard a handful of times. As mentioned by others, Breakfast was a bit sad for the price of the hotel. You arrive to the breakfast room and its already on the table on a tray, packaged up in plastic. Half the things I wouldnt eat. You have one lonely boiled egg. One ham 'sandwich' a packaged chocolate croisant, an apple, and some dry toast snack thing in plastic and orange juice and coffee. Its adequate, I guess it just the way its presented. I'd prefer a choice or real toast. It would be cheaper for them surely to do this and avoid all the waste. It was just a bit sad..but... it was included so I cant complain really. I just would have liked a choice But as mentioned, the room was great, the staff were great, I would probably stay again and opt for breakfast elsewhere!!

Elegant, simple, clean, lovely staff, and I very much appreciated the breakfast coffee refills and nice bright breakfast room.

"Breakfast included" makes me very happy:) Especially when I can have more than one cup of nice coffee with it, and a chance to talk travel with other guests. Breakfast seemed to involve an unnecessary amount of packaging - that would be my ONLY complaint, as a traveller who is trying to keep her zero-waste aspiration in mind at all times. Breakfast with its warm toasted sandwich, boiled egg and coffee didn't need the packaged Lidl croissant - "Less is more", said Coco Chanel I believe! I'd say she wouldn't have any time for Lidl or Aldi!

The location is nice, right by the water and on a wide boulevard. It has lots of parking and close to downtown but without the traffic hassle.

The only negative would be the noise because you hear everything outside your door and the walls are not very well insulated. A bullied of folks checked in at 8pm which made it pretty noisy for me on the second floor.

The location of the property is in a very good place within patras. Great parking and only a few minutes by car into the center.

Whilst the property is in a slow process of being updated there are still plenty of small details that make the hotel rooms look tired. Especially within the bathrooms

We made a late booking and felt lucky to have found an available room. The young man at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. We were travelling by car so really appreciated the parking space outside.

Many 2 star hotels are trying to be 3 star. This is 3 star hotel but 1 star fell off the sign. Clean comfortable and the reception staff were incredible at 2 am in the morning when we arrived late. We will book again on our next trip this way for sure.

You can’t beat the price-value relation. The hotel is old, but clean, the rooms and the bathroom are small, but decent and well taken care off. The beds were new and TBH I was surprised about how comfortable they were. The air conditioner was also new. Breakfast buffet offered some choices, cereals, fruits, ham and cheese, bread, toasts, sweets, coffee, tea…..

The friendliness of the staff, the location and the seaside view were all exceptional. The breakfast was simple yet adequate. The place is well cleaned.

Rooms are a bit old but no major issues, when there is a thunderstorm the wind is audible but luckily the cold won’t leak into the room. The bathroom is a bit cramped in size.

Arriving late , (after midnight, )at Patras harbour Only Few km drive than We appreciate , welcome at Délfini Hôtel.

Great location by walk 30 min to City Center, fantastic staff very helpful. 20 min by walk to closet beach . Beside hotel is bus , 7min to train station and City.

Recommend for a short vacation and cost effective trip.
