We stayed at the Vanik suites in June 2025- we had been skeptical booking due to price seeming so low for what was advertised however booked it and couldn’t have been more pleased! The suites are gorgeous, the swim up pools are absolutely fab and people come to clean them often! Outdoor areas of the swim up pools were private and super relaxing! The rooms are modern, clean and gorgeous! A few of the less positive reviews mentioned no breakfast option however there is a coffee shop less then a 3 minute walk (agora) that do lovely pastries, Greek yogurt and lovely coffees so we never struggled for breakfast! Location is great, slightly tucked away from the main strip so nice and quiet however still only a few minutes walk if you want to head that way, lots of lovely restaurants and cocktail places around the area- car rental company (we used Apollo) right next to suites if you would like to get a car to travel around the island- Rhodes old town is only a 20 minute drive, 40 minutes to lindos and 10 minutes to Kallithea springs! Another great thing about the suites is there is a shower and toilet in the reception, we had an evening flight but were unable to keep the room due to another guest coming that night however we were able to leave our bags and still come back to the suites later on to freshen up and have a shower before heading to the airport! We would recommend vanik suites to anyone!

The private pool was amazing. The air condicion worked without complaints. The owner arranged an earlier check in because it was possible that day. We were very happy about that. He also responded right away on whatsapp. The fridge is very good size and it also had a freezer box. We were able to make breakfast every morning because of the fridge and plates and utensils. We would highly recommend the place!

Just a small details, like the bathroom wall was fixed with a regular tape. But it didnt bother us, we just found it a bit weird, since the whole room was really good despite of that.

Looks just like the pictures, clean, good location (close to bus stop into Rhodes). The host replies very quickly via WhatsApp and was extremely accommodating.

Pool isn’t heated so it’s very cold (we were the only ones who went in the pool compared to other rooms)- we should’ve checked before. There were a few minor defects in the room, a hook was on the wall with masking tape and some staining on the floor but everything else was great. This stay doesn’t offer breakfast and there isn’t anyone at reception but check in/out is smooth as you just leave your card on the desk.

Nespresso machine and capsules in the room. Plenty of parking place just on the street. Sound of water coming from the pools. Clean and new facility without any common place. Furnitures are also new. Calm but central location. Spacious room. Smart Tv. Reception usually has no man, but the guy is reachable by whatsapp and there is a cleaning lady who is coming every day and is very helpful. Good termal isolation as the building is new.

No proper luggage room with security. Too pricy accommodation to come to the room just to take a shower after beach and to sleep after dinner around.

Where to begin... The pictures do not lie. We had our own swimming pool with absolutely clear and clean water. The lights that turn on at night just brings everything together and I just wanted to stay there forever. The room is modern and you will feel like a king. AC was the absolute best. Outside was +38C while inside you could easily cool it down to +19C within 10 minutes if you wished. Bed was comfortable and we slept really well. The room was clean as you could possibly get it. There was no one working in reception but we had a number that message us via WhatsApp about our room so we never felt like if we needed help we couldn't get it. The location is really close to several activities, bars, shops and restaurants. It was an easy 500m walk for everything while still being far enough for no noise pollution to be heard. You could have slept outside if you so wished. Bonus points for feeding the cats and kittens that roamed the area. Also bonus points for modern plumbing so you could flush toilet paper.

Shower water pressure was quite weak. No breakfast options. "Do not disturb"-sign was hard plastic so you could not put it on the handle from the inside. During our 3 nights we were disturbed several times by the cleaners. By no fault of them of course but we wished we could have put the sign on the door handle to skip this hassle.

The property is in a fantastic location! Only a 2 minute walk to the main town but it is still far away enough that it feels quiet and secluded. The rooms are clean and spacious and having your own pool or a property with a pool is a must as Rhodes is extremely hot.

The property does not offer breakfast, that would be the only improvement I can see. However there are many breakfast options available in town.

the property was in an ideal location and the surrounding area was very peaceful and quiet, the suites had modern decor and the bed was very comfy , the host gave clear check in instructions and could accommodate a later check out for us , the property had suites with individual pools would definitely stay here again and try to get a pool suite next time

The rooms are very nicely decorated, it felt luxe! They are also very clean and well equipped. It’s in good proximity to the main area of town but not too close that you are affected by the noise. It’s in the ‘nicer’ part of Faliraki.

There is no communal pool area so if you aren’t staying in one of the rooms with a private pool then there is no pool facility. The breakfast isn’t on site but about a 3-5 minute walk away. (Neither of these things would make us not to want to stay again, but it it worth noting)

Absolutely great! (couple, 30s) Friendly staff going above and beyond. We really came to rest and we slept in often. The housekeeping was always flexible even when we were caught still in the room, giving us an extra 15-20mins to leave for the beach and then still proceeding to clean. When leaving, we checked out at 10:30am and said we'll go to the beach because our flight was at 8:00pm. I think the owner, he told us we can use the shared shower facilities when we come back to pick up our stored luggage, he even left us fresh towels and toiletries. The apartment and building were excellent. Very clean, comfortable and with a modern room and bathroom design. It was nice having a smart TV as well, we used it for Spotify and Netflix in the evenings. The location is really good. Close to the main street with all the restaurants, bars and shops, and with many beach options with beach bars just past it, but still in a nice very quiet side street. Even the harbour is really close, so getting a boat shuttle to Rhodes city, Lindos or Symi is beyond easy. Highly recommended for couples, and we think remote working from the place would work fine as well.

Two tinny things. We were missing a drying rack on the, for the beach and regular towels and swim suits. Maybe it was available, but we didn't ask. There's no soap/shampoo holder in the shower.

Hotel was lovely and modern, very clean, great size rooms, owner was very helpful throughout our whole stay

The breakfast wasn’t served at the hotel so you have a 5 minute walk to breakfast each morning but it was actually really lovely and the food was great but some guests might prefer all facilities in one. The whole time we were there there was no receptionist but the owner was very responsive over message so all questions he did respond to very quickly
