Everything! It's just an incredible place, one of the best destinations you can go to for a family vacation. They had a great pool, children parks, delicious breakfast, lovely staff, and very calm, clean and safe surroundings all the time. The apartment was very modern, spacious and comfortable. Even the beds and mattresses were super! In addition to that, it's also very close to the border with many countries, you can for example just drive for 30 minutes and you are Dubrovnik, Croatia. Trebinje as a city surprised me in fact, turned out to be a lively and vibrant city. Bonus: Try their restaurants for lunch or dinner, amazing and affordable food.

Not really a negative, just a side comment. The breakfast place was confusing sometimes. They moved us to different places on different days. But nothing to complain about, everywhere was close by and the food was great in all the breakfast places we went to.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Good heating during the cold months. Breakfast food was good and offered variety of choices. Surroundings are nice for a walk - especially in summer when everyhing works.

Some guy was smoking during breakfast, noone confronted him about it. The pool overal hygiene was average at best. Dressing room lockers (for storage of valuables) at the pool area were either occupied, or broken.

Mjesto je prelijepo Akva park je pravi raj za djecu, a i odraslima neće biti dosadno. Sigurno ćemo doći ponovo. Moj dječak nije sjedao samo je išao od tobogana do tobogana. Takođe pohvala za spasioce kojih je bilo mnogo i koji su pazili na djecu, i za ostalo osoblje. Posebno mi se svidjela prava atletska staza, teretana i mnogi tereni za sport. Kućica u Bijelom gradu je komforna i velika, samo što u kuhinji nema skoro ništa od pribora. Bilo je par tanjira kašika, viljuška i džezva za kafu. Inače imaju 3 klime, 2 toaleta i dosta prostora. Hrana za doručak je bila odlična, super Švedski sto sa mnogo izbora.

Najveća mana po meni je bilo to što se jedan dan nije moglo kupati ni u jednom bazenu jer je ujutru padala kiša. I ok je što ne rade bazeni i tobogani kad pada kiša, ali kasnije se proljepšalo vrijeme i bilo je 25 stepeni, a u bazene se i dalje nije moglo ući. Taj dan nam je bilo dosadno jer ostalih aktivnosti za djecu skoro da i nema. Bili smo u Dino parku i malom parkiću za djecu, malo prošetali, ali ostatak dana smo bili u apartmanu. Pa samo mislim da bi trebalo nešto organizovati u slučaju da bude takvo vrijeme, bar da se jedan bazen osposobi za goste hotela.

The whole complex is magnificent. Apartment complex, White city, is wonderful, apartments are spacious, cozy.

The apartment was completely unequipped. There was absolutely nothing in it, no glasses, kitchen equipment, cutlery... We stayed one night only so it wasn't a problem, but for a longer stay there really should be some equipment, at least to be able to make a coffee in the morning. And it should've been cleaner, there was quite a bit of dust on the floor and walls.

The accommodation in the houses was very good, however the top floor is still a building site so slightly unusual. We had breakfast included which was very nice. The waterpark, though not huge , is good fun for a day. Be aware you have to get the raft boats for 2 of the slides and people just keep them for the day! No one passes to one another!! Nice restaurant on site called Etno which would recommend.

The complex is great, lots to do, indoor pool is good, spa is great.

We visited off-season, so there were no dishes waiting for us in the apartment, but staff handled this efficiently when we addressed it.

Our apartment was surprisingly big and well air-conditioned. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. The gym is well equipped.

The roof balcony wasn't cleaned before our arrival - there were beer cans and bottles strewn around. There were no dishes or utensils in the kitchen, we had to ask for some to be brought to our apartment.

Everything was great. The place is huge, spacious, clean. The staff very helpful. Late check-in was very convenient. Excellent breakfast!

There was a large group of children, school trip probably, who produced noise after midnightf

It’s a shame that wear and tear are visible so soon on a fairly new complex in the apartments and pool, better preventive maintenance would certainly help.
