This hotel was more like a resort than a hotel. I didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect! Crisp clean sheets on a super comfy bed. Sparkling clean walk in shower! The room was very nice. I was able to have my little "Sassy Pants" with me, which meant a lot! I enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was great and they had plenty of food. I made myself a waffle and it was delicious. The hotel was located at the top of a little mountain, making it secluded from town. There's plenty of free parking. I would love to stay at this hotel again, and I will the next time I come into Wheeling for a show. Thank you so much Wyndham!

There was just one thing, and I know it probably sounds pretty, but the clothing rack is so low to the floor I couldn't hang my dress or blouses up. I had a wonderful stay. I really can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The breakfast was ok, no amazing. But it was the first time I made a waffle at a hotel and it was pretty good! The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.

I requested a room with mobility access hoping to get a room with a shower so that my 84 y/o mom wouldn't have to climb into a tub. However, we got a room with a tub and a folding seat in it. We were so exhausted from driving all day that we dealt with it but, if a person requests a mobility access room, it would be best to offer a room with a shower as opposed to a tub.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds, which were comfortable. The hotel provided Dove Brand hand soap for the sink, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the wall in the shower.

My only complaint is that there was only 1 nightstand between the 2 beds and, in this day and age, everyone wants their phones nearby, so I wish there had been nightstands on each side of both beds.

We were warmly greeted on our arrival. We were given our pet friendly room on the first floor. We did not use many of the amenities however they looked great. It was great to have a nice restaurant attached to the property. No need to go out and leave the dog. They did up take out for us to eat in the room. A good breakfast, with lots of options was supplied in the morning.

There could have been a larger area to walk the dog. All in all however there was enough room for the dog to do what he needed to do. I cannot think of anything else really.

Front desk person was very friendly. The room & hotel was very clean. The hot tub was clean & very enjoyable after driving for 8 hours. The breakfast area was extremely clean and the attendant was friendly and kept all tables wiped off.

The front automatic door was not working properly but it was on a Sunday evening and I am certain they will have it fixed asap.

Location was good. Bed was very comfortable. We'd love to know what kind of pillows you use. Didn't check before we left, and I'd like to buy some!!

Breakfast. Sausage gravy was bland ... at best. And "scrambled egg patties" are not very appealing. I'd rather have just scrambled eggs. And the coffee is very weak - I think they forgot to add ... coffee!

We were traveling with our family and furry family (dog). The hotel was perfect for all of us. The room was clean, comfortable, easy access to outdoors, safe location, quiet, and had a delicious breakfast.

Would have liked more options for dairy free menu for breakfast.

Check-in was very quick and easy. We arrived early after a 5 hrs + drive and got right in the room, which was a great relief. The restaurant/ bar attached to the hotel was a plus. The hotel did offer breakfast. We just grabbed coffee and fruit due to very early departure time. However, there were waffles, bagels with cheese and bacon melted on them, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, breads, muffins, juice.

There was no outdoor seating area. It was a beautiful day and it would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy without having to get back in the car.

It was close but far enough away. Night front desk staff ( young woman with braces) was very sweet and welcoming. Room was very nicely appointed and the bed and pillows were phenomenal. Breakfast was pretty above and beyond. Very clean and well kept hotel.

The only thing I would change at all would be heating up the pool a little more and keeping it kid free after 8pm. I don’t mind kids I just don’t want them anywhere around me EVER, especially when I’ve had a long day and want to relax in the hot tub at 10 pm I shouldn’t be getting splashed with cold pool water from the dozen kids running amuck and jumping in and out of the pool.

Clean facilities, nice location, comfy beds, good selection for breakfast. Pool and hot tub were clean and didn't smell over chlorinated. Overall room was spacious and clean. Would stay again if in area.

Night staff obviously overwhelmed with number of people coming in after tournaments to check in even though they were informed well before hand the groups would be checked in fairly late. Were rude when asked a simple question. But afternoon and morning staff extremely friendly even with vast number of check outs happening fairly quickly. Would just say night staff needs to be trained a bit more for large check ins.
