The room was very well equipped. The bathroom amenities were so well thought through. The accomodation is excellent located right next to the lake and across the street from Pointe-Merry Parc, which is a great place to watch the sunset over Lake Memphremagog. The food at the Microbrasserie was great, but make sure to book a table in advance.

The room felt a bit dark and the only window in the room didn't properly close. But aside from that I was very happy with everything.

Great location as it is right across Pointe-Merry Park and great walking score. It is a budget accommodation, rooms are small and basic. microbrassiere has great dock/patio accessible to hotel customers and we had a good time late night and early morning when there were no other customers.

there are no microwave for client use.

Very clean, cosy and modern. The bed is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is spotless. AC was functional. We felt safe with the door lock that required code. The check-in was simple and fast. Wifi worked well. We also like that it has a parking. It has a restaurant right underneath and by the river. The Auberge is located at the heart of all activities.

The window of our room is quite small. There was not much choice of channels nor Netflix.

The instructions on the wall are only in French and not correct. For example for Wifi. Unfortunately, we don't speak French. So we had problem with it. Pillows were little hard for me. Bathroom was very small but clean. Other than that, it was great.

we really liked this stay only one night but it was just perfect a fantastic room (no3) super clean with everything and more you might need it's above a restaurant and bar so food and drink on site super friendly staff excellent bar and food just a really great place for 1 night or more 11/10 we would have stayed longer but for our itinerary.....thank you everyone

The building was wonderfully quirky with lots of nooks and crannies steps going up and down in unexpected places. All the bedrooms were different. I loved how unconventional it was and the deck and beer bar were so fun! The location was great as well.

Our bathroom was really tiny and had a very harsh light bulb.

Loved the 1bdrm suite w view of the river. Super convenient location and very comfortable beds. Great room for our group. Would book it again!

Could hear music from bar below until 11pm. Gas fireplace wouldn’t light. Staff very helpful, but could not get it to work. Queen room on 3rd floor was too warm.

great location, easy parking, very comfortable bed. I wanted to stay in the heart of the action and this did not disappoint.

would always love a mine refrigerator in the room but there was a general one for everyone's use.

Location was perfect central for everything that we had to do and see. Restaurants below was great.

A bit surprised to see all the stairs that we needed to get to the room. Not great for people with walking issues.

Since the hotel is located in the city center, there is a bit of noise coming from the street. The room is also not really dark, the curtains aren’t great at stopping daylight
