The convenience and the recreational options they had available

The staff were a little aloof when trying to ask a direct question and took a little bit with having to communicate with other staff to get what was requested. The wifi $20 for hardly any data that had to be used within 24hours was ridiculous. The place definitely needs an upgrade it’s outdated and needs a refresh especially for the prices charged per night.

We got a fair bit of attitude from the staff, mainly at the bar. I’m sure they deal with some hard people at times but they need to learn a little patience and remember not everyone is there to make their jobs harder…

The snorkelling area is very close and you don't need to go too far to spot varierty of fish. The water also is quite clean. I snorkelled at other parts of the island and the water was a bit cloudy but here the water was great.

If you are checking in without a big group then you may not have much help from the reception/staff. I had to carry all the luggage myself, as my wife was carrying our baby and I didn't get much help from reception. Nobody was arranged/sent with me to show me my room or to help carry some of my luggage (something you expect from big resorts) but reception just looked on as I used the Bell Boy Cart myself.

The location was Perfect! The cocktails were great and the beach and snorkelling at your door were Amazing.

I have asked 3 times and completed a feedback form for someone to come back to me and still nothing from an April stay so I’ll put the review here instead. We arrived and with no communication were put in the wrong room, they said they would comp our room for the hassle and a manager would speak. The next day we were asked to vacate the room early so they could prioritise moving us into the right room - the room was not ready until 4pm so we had no room all day. When we went to check out there were no notes on the system and no manager to speak with, the reservation team gave us a small discount on the night but no comp on the room - really disappointing customer service and no care for the guest. We also had no cleaning in our room for 3 days despite asking daily.

Staff were all very friendly. The lagoon is great for snorkeling. The room was comfortable, good bed, with good facilities. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. I stayed in the family side but had access to the adults only side which was peaceful.

Dinner menu was average for vegetarians but the portions were huge. The menus are identical for both sides of the resort and I expected different options for the adults only side. Bathroom was small and tired but the shower was powerful and always had hot water. The spa treatment room needs some decorating, low light, warmth - it was very clinical.

Great location, super family friendly, beach access superb, the grounds are clean and well maintained and the rooms are clean and spacious. Lots of planned activities to get involved in and towels and snorkelling equipment are supplied at no additional cost.

Prepare for not being able to check in to your room early. Our flight arrived early in the morning and it was a LONG day with a tired child waiting to access our room at 3pm. They do let you know that this is the check in time when you book however they absolutely do not go “above and beyond” to get your room ready despite knowing there is a family waiting to get in (we saw rooms being serviced early in the mornings while we were there and don’t think it would be too much to ask to prioritise cleaning rooms that guests are waiting for). The complimentary breakfast is underwhelming as is all the food at the resort. And probably the most first world problem ever but the pool really is freezing!!

Bed was comfortable, New furniture, good room service, good options on the menu with good portions at the restaurant, friendly staff, I'd say avarage Massage at spa. Snorkeling, kayaking and stand-up paddle gears available 👍 Bus stop just at the reception

Service at the reception is very slow, even with 3 staff there only one guest at time and it's full of mosquito and the convenience shop at the hotel is overpriced and the nearst supermarket is 30 min walk. No free Wi-Fi available as it says when booked, and even paying it doesn't work we needed to ask for refund and go to cbd to buy a Vodafone simcard At the bedroom the bathroom flooded when having shower and the flush the water runs for long minutes before it stops. The buffet breakfast is good but they never change the options (a part of the juice flavor) so after the 3rd day you would like to have something different. Also there's no bacon, sausage, eggs/omelets, beans etc included so I recommend to buy from the menu instead.

Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great.

the snorkelling quality, the actives around the resort and the layout of the resort.

The room had a big infestation and we were not moved and told there was bug spray in the room which there was not. awoke in the morning to even more mosquitoes and ants over the room, floor and ceiling.

Beach was clean, water crystal clear, beautiful surroundings. The gardens and pathways were always perfect. No litter anywhere. Nothing out of place. Staff - ALL STAFF - were LOVELY! So helpful and kind. Accommodation: beds were very comfortable. Everything clean. Bathroom well stocked of shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser etc...

Felt the bedrooms a little dark at times, not enough natural light. Needed the option of a stronger light bulb in the centre of the room. Breakfast.....there was a lot of yoghurt, pancakes, pastries, cake, some fruit and bread to make toast. Not much for vegetarians.
