I have to admit the experience was above my expectations. Good location, a very spacious room, including a small kitchen - totally equiped. New sheets, sparkling white towels, hair dryer, shampoo & body gel, flat iron and ironing table, good wifi… They also offer a very good breakfast (buffet) and even a “quick treat” variant consisting in a coffe, a croissant and a juice for 5€, only.
Time was too short to find any cons. I could say that the staff is trying to keep the place clean and in the best conditions but it’s really difficult as long as some guests are not quite … I don’t want to be rude but I found some “traces” of some previous guests who burned the floor, used the microwave oven inapropriately… I wonder if those guests would do the same in their homes :(. The hotel staff is definetely hard working and this is the reason why the place is still so comfy and clean.

The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and professional. I had booked a suite with 3 beds, which turned out not to exist. I was given one room with one double bed, so the helpful gentleman on duty moved a folding bed into the room for the first night. Staff were able to replace the double bed with twin beds for the rest of our stay. The bathroom was spacious and shower very good. Garden-side room on 6th floor was quiet.
Unfortunately the "suite with separate bedroom and living room" advertised on Booking.com which I booked and paid for, does not exist. Upon arrival I was informed by Reception that the property offers studio rooms only. I have registered a complaint about false advertising with Booking.com and I suggest that both the hotel and Booking.com coordinate to ensure the apartment/room descriptions are corrected, to avoid disappointing future clients.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The spacious room was a pleasant surprise, offering ample space to relax comfortably. Despite the hotel’s proximity to a bustling street, the noise-cancellation was impressively effective, ensuring a peaceful and restful environment. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with a warm smile. Altogether, a cozy and accommodating experience that I’d highly recommend!
While my stay was mostly pleasant, there were a few drawbacks. The curtains and bathroom could have been cleaner, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the toilet area was uncomfortably cramped, making it difficult to use without feeling squeezed in. With a little attention to these details, the experience could be significantly improved.

My stay was lovely but vivi on reception was excellent. I had accidentally booked two rooms and was charged for two, after checking out of my one night stay my refund had been issued and was received within 2 days, she was really helpful sorting out a resolution for me! The room was great and even had a dishwasher in the kitchen, more space than I would ever need!
My only downside would have been the lift being broken when I checked in but I understand this is a short term thing!

The room is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, perfect for our stay, and has the advantage of being close to the bus station, which makes it very convenient. It is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a high level of comfort.
A small inconvenience was that water tends to spill into the bathroom when showering if you’re not careful. Overall, a pleasant experience, but this detail could be improved. Additionally, it would be helpful if disposable slippers were provided.

Hotel Brussels provided a straightforward and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a satisfying variety. My girldfriend especially loved the tiny nutella glasses. .) The view overlooking the street added to the urban vibe. The availability of a garage for parking was very convenient. Hotel is located walking distance from the centre and there's a subway station close by if you get tired on the way back. Overall, it was a good value for the price paid.
There was, what looked to be, a small apartment kitchen but if was locked behind roll up shutter. We would appreciate it if we could heat up some instant food from the supermarket, especially when we stayed during holidays and there were no restaurants open.

Although Diamant Suites is outside of the city centre, it is very easily reached via public transport. Several buses plus the number 7 premetro line stop within a short distance at the Diamant and George Henri stations, and these all interconnect with the rest of the system, making the Suites an ideal location for seeing what Brussels has to offer. The reception was manned when we arrived, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are secured by a number coded lock, as is the front door, adding to security. Access was easy, with both stairs and a lift. Noise was minimal, with no hint of traffic noise from the front (except when the protesting farmers drove past!). We had a studio with a garden view, which was a good size, containing a very comfortable king size bed, two armchairs, a couple of tables and a wardrobe, all we needed for our stay. The view was as you'd expect, taking in a large grassed garden area and the backs of the houses on the adjacent streets. There are plenty of shops nearby, including several Carrefour Expresses and an Aldi, plus takeaways. The kitchenette was adequate for our needs, with a microwave, two electric hotplates and a sink, with a good size fridge and a dishwasher. The room was very clean, including the shower and the toilet and the full size bath. All in all, it was warm, comfortable, and ideal for our purposes, and if we return to Brussels, the Diamant Suites will be first on our list for accommodation.
We had only a couple of small niggles; firstly, there was a bit of a bad smell in the lift, but there had been flooding in the area, and the smell was intermittent, so it was probably beyond the staff's control. Secondly, the building interior is being renovated, and we arrived back one evening to find ourselves unable to get into our room due to furniture from other rooms blocking the door. However, the men working on the renovations were very apologetic and removed the blockage very quickly and in good humour, so again, it was only a very minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Big and clean room. There was everything I needed for my stay. I plan to take the same accommodation if I return. The location is not in a strict city center, but is well connected to public transport. Stuff at the hotel was nice and helpful.
The facilities are a bit old, and some small technical fixes needed to be made—only minor things, nothing critical.

My stay was great. Spacious room, clean. Also the location was great because I had access to shopping center, gyms and mass transportation.
Wished you could have more access to more chanels on the TV. Also didn't have access to the kitchen/ microwave in the room which was locked down because when booking the room it doesn't mention it in bold to see that you had to pay extra for it.

In our first room, the kitchen faucet was not attached to the sink and, when I opened a cupboard door, it almost fell into my hands because the hinge was broken. We were given a second room which was in much better shape. However, the kitchen supplies were not quite adequate: 1 small spoon, 2 forks, 2 knives. No sharp knife, no kitchen utensils. Needless to say, the kitchen could have been better supplied. The bed was comfortable, the room was pretty big, the furniture was fine. The location was close to groceries, restaurants, the public transportation and neighborhoods to walk in. For our purposes, the room was fine
