Very good location near main beach. The price was cheap and it included car parking which is otherwise very expensive in Siofok. A lot of fun activities are also offered by the accommodation for free (snooker table, table football, grill, and free coffee and hot chocolate + tea). The bed was very comfortable.

It is in a old building so there might be a few spiderwebs here and there. The bathroom might be a bit old also. Doesn't have a lot of natural light. If you're looking for something cheap and close to the beach/bars/restaurants and you won't be bothered by the oldness then this is definetely the place to go.

The location was excellent for us because we were attending a conference at a neighbouring hotel but didn't want to pay their rates. It was handy for a nearby coffee shop for breakfast and lunch, and there were eating options for dinner close to the villa's location. The building had great character as a traditional villa, and we were able to park with no trouble on-site.

If the shower cubicle had been better sealed this would have been perfect. Also the light outside our room didn't work so finding the keyhole in the dark was a challenge. All in all these are minor points though.

The hotel was clean and tidy staff were very welcoming. The room was really big and exceeded what I was expecting for the low price i paid £24. Great location, easy access to the train station. Had netflix streaming as well, which was a real bonus, especially on the last day, as the weather wasn't too great, so I was unable to go out.

Really good hotel only downside is you can hear the trains go past and station announcements but that's understandable being close to the train station

Rooms were roomy, aircond cool and quiet.

The shower head is way too high and can not be adjusted down. The cradle it sits on is fixed you can get cradles that bend. Would be an easy fix. Although not in the room. I did not think the Halloween additions to the hotel added anything to the stay quite the opposite in fact. It made the hotel seem tacky. I would say if it was there on the Halloween day fine but at least a month out is over doing it.

Great place to stay, close to the beach with convenient shores for swimming, close to the main street with lots of action. The employees are especially kind and helpful, there is a private parking where you can leave your car in peace (There is not much space for free parking around, so this is a big plus). In the yard there is table tennis, billiards, table football and a place with free coffee and tea.

It feels like the building is a bit old and could use a facade renovation, but it makes for an interesting vibe

We didn’t expect this when we arrives, we were really blown away, it was 2 streets from the lake, it has a garden but also free stuff that you can do like ping pong, billiards, badminton etc. Also the parking is free

Everything was great except the bas was squeaking every time I moved 😂 but we stayed one night so it wasn’t that big of a deal

The location was perfect for going to the lake for the day and the center for dinner. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They called to let us know early check in was available on the day of our stay. They made sure to show us around the property and what was available to us. The bed was very comfortable, shower was hot and had nice water pressure.

The room was a little bit small but that's about it.

The place was very quiet. The rooms were okay. Appreciated the free coffee especially in the morning. If you don't want to spend alot and don't have very high expectations this is the right place. Free parking. Checked in on New year's eve at 2am and we did not have any problems with the check in.

Relatively close to the center and the beach. The building is fascinating and offers free parking, outdor gardens and access to kitchen. Accommodation is done after calling the phone number displayed on the door. The place is pet friendly.

The accommodation could need a little upgrade to make it fabulous.

Was perfect for us, we needed a place on a budget for a 1-night layover, and a safe spot under the shade for our car. Staff was very flexible and helped us with all our specific needs!
