Grand Paradiso is a really nice hotel. The pool area is great, large comfortable sunbeds and a pool bar open all day. There is also a DJ playing by the pool in the afternoon. Our room was a suite, which had a balcony with a sea view, a bar, disco ball, extremely comfortable bed and an very loud Marshall Bluetooth speaker. There was a large shower area and the room was soundproofed. The negatives were the stain on the bathroom door, no soap by the sink and an extremely small bin in the bathroom. No other bins in the room. Oh and there is nothing worth visiting in the local area apart from Kumharas and Cool Cafe.

Our room wasn't very clean. When we arrived there was a dubious stain on the bathroom door. I reported this to a member of staff who didn't bother getting back to me about it.

The decor is lush - we didnt expect to get such a great room but we had a room with a port hole direct viewing of the pool and a large balcony. We loved it and throughly enjoyed our time here. The staff were very lovely and helpful. Bonus you can enjoy the facilities at the other hotels within this group too, such an added bonus we werent expecting.

The bar and food shut off reasonably early we thought. Room service for food and be able to order drinks from your phone at the sunbeds would be great too. Rather than having to wait for staff. Not a dealbreaker but just an idea to make it more efficient for all.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect and luxurious from beginning to end. Everything went smoothly, and we felt truly taken care of. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help and making sure we had everything we needed. We had a few issues during our stay, but they were resolved quickly and in the best possible way. We felt supported and appreciated throughout our time there. We would especially like to thank the hotel receptionist, Ismael, for his outstanding service and care. He went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be coming back!

Stayed at Grand Paradiso Ibiza and honestly, I loved it. The design of the hotel is even better than I imagined, super cool and creative. The staff were all really lovely and helpful, cocktails were 10/10, and the DJ at the pool was just playing bangers the whole time. The vibe was just perf. The room felt like I was literally on a cinema set…such a fun experience, so many cool little details. I’m really into design and this place just nailed it. Would 100% go back.

People coming back from clubs in the morning and being loud but this isn’t the hotel’s fault.

We had no sun on our balcony, you can't really fault the architecture here maybe, but should have been advised. The room itself was good, although fixtures were quite tired compared to pictures. Had to wear shoes inside as your feet were black if you walked inside without shoes. Only got complimentary water/ coffee for 1 day. You're not able to bring any of your own snacks or drinks to the pool, you had to buy there and it was fairly expensive.

I loved the service from the employees, their patience, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the overall central location. The food and drinks were amazing!

The building we were in wasn't a part of the main building so we missed out on seeing the whole property in a convent way, the view sucked but we made due. The elevator stopped working due to the rain and we didn't realize washcloths weren't common so but we had our own!

The property is absolutely stunning - a total instagram trap of stunning features. It’s in a lovely quiet part of Ibiza with a water taxi to main San An, just 2 mins walk away. Kuhmaris is just next door with stunning views of the sunset. Better than Cafe del Mar or Mambos for sure! Area is quite family friendly and perfect for chilled break. Food is absolutely stunning although on both days that I stayed the breakfast could have been hotter. Staff are fabulous and totally willing to accommodate most requests!

There’s not many faults to find apart from the bar closing at 7 - makes absolutely no sense.

Wow, so much to say about this place. Absolutely exceptional stay, my husband and I loved it. The food was amazing and it is absolute heaven to go and sit by the pool sipping on cocktails. Very cool pool area as well, great set up and extremely relaxing. I loved the area as well as it was a very chilled area, wasn’t too busy like the main parts of Ibiza. Would HIGHLY recommend this place. We also got it for a great price so we were extremely blessed to have the opportunity to stay here!

The room could have used a bit more storage space, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again, the hotel was absolutely fantastic and special thanks to the staff for being helpful throughout our stay, they were more than happy to answer any questions we had about the island. The quality of the decor / fixtures and fittings is impressive - better than what I have seen in some 5* hotels. I think a special mention goes to the Bluetooth Marshall speakers in the rooms. The pool area gives an intimate feel and in the afternoon there were resident DJs that played a range of relaxing house and 80s music. The drinks were a little bit expensive at the pool bar. The hotel is ideal for couples and is next door to Kumharas bar and resturant - one of the best places to watch the sunset in Ibiza. There are also a range of supermarkets near the hotel.
