Very friendly and helpful staff, nice room with a good bed and good bathroom. Also we had a nice balcony (this was a free upgrade) with a good view of the mountains, hot air balloons and motorgliders.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. We were a bit late, but still half an hour from closing time, and there was almost nothing left. The staff made no effort to refill anything. And when we asked for an egg, they initially kept sitting to finish their game on the phone before attending to our request.

Beautiful rooms with balcony. Best buffet breakfast so far, varied and tasty. Awesome rooftop bar to sip a beer watching the sunset between the karsts. But best of all were the staff, especially manager Dzung, who provided great advice and arranged anything you asked for at very competitive prices. As a backpacker, one tries to avoid middlemen, but Dzung was getting better value than I’d find on the street, always reliable, empathetic and - best of all - with a huge smile. The hotel was great in itself, but Dzung and his staff made it amazing. Khob-Chai Dzung & team!

At peak early evening shower time, water pressure and temperature becomes an issue in the shower. Any other time, shower is great. Not something to worry about.

We had a fantastic stay in Vang Vieng at Confetti Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the mountains! The overall vibe was peaceful and relaxing. What made the experience truly special was the staff—especially T (front desk). T was amazing: super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their local tips made exploring Vang Vieng even better. Another highlight was the nearby hotel school that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was so good we ended up eating there every day! Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting!

I loved everything about the property!

No idea why it isn’t rated higher?? We had a fabulous time in vang vieng here and this hotel was an absolute treat. The hospitality and service was second to none Great location, right in the centre. Also perfect for just going across the bridge on your way to the lagoons. The hotels pool is also very nice and refreshing! If you are struggling for somewhere to eat, right next door is the “ academy “ where the young Laos people at college are learning hospitality - we were gutted to find it on our last day, the food IS SO GOOD and very very affordable! Shout out to Chris, for sorting our transport to the next place. As well as our laundry, the ped and literally everything! - a star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

But what really sets it apart is the rooftop – don’t miss sunset up there! It’s easily one of the best views in the city – stunning panoramic sights of the mountains and river that are truly unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

I spent two nights at Confetti Garden Hotel and had an outstanding stay. The room was immaculate, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning kept things perfectly cool. The hotel had a warm, laid-back atmosphere that made it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. What truly stood out, though, was the staff—they were unbelievably helpful, going out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly, always greeting me with a genuine smile. The location was spot-on, close to great restaurants and key attractions. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Excellent value for the money—I’d absolutely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough.

An amazing experience – one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! We book at the hotel for 2 nights and extend for 4 more night , and it was without a doubt one of the best experiences we have ever had! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with a smile and personal attention, and took care of every little detail. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and super clean, with a spectacular view of the mountains with hot air balloons in the background. The atmosphere in the room was simply perfect. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the center (relatively close, you barely feel the walk) really worth the distance, you are not in the middle of the pressure, noise and hustle and bustle but you can jump in there in a moment. The pool was spacious and easy to use, very clean, there is even a jacuzzi and you can ask the staff to turn it on and they will do it with love. Regarding the transfer from the airport to the hotel, it is really worth the price, they are waiting for you there no matter how long it takes, they take you to the entrance of the hotel without delays and stops, the van is spacious and comfortable, worth every shekel! But the thing that left the most impression on us was the amazing service! The staff was always available, at any time, even in the middle of the night, the staff is polite and ready to help with anything, they will always smile at you, take an interest and ask if everything is okay and how the day was and if you need help planning the day, they are amazing!! – They even sent us a message the day before arrival and said they were looking forward to seeing us. In conclusion, if you are looking for a luxurious, high-quality hotel that is really worth every shekel, I highly recommend Conftti Garden! We will definitely be back again!

The hotel is in a location is very good, just a 3 to 5 -minute walk to the night market and the city. , just a stone's throw away from the night market. The hotel staff speaks great English. The room is large, clean and tidy, fully equipped, the air conditioner is quiet and cool, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a rich breakfast.
