The hotel staff and breakfast were great. The room was great as well with some exceptions stated below. The location was awesome. Right in the middle of the action. everything within walking distance. The ferries to all of the islands were a 5-7 minute walk.

The bathroom was dated the cabinet was falling apart and the shower was not working properly. there was mold in the shower and around the shower track. it looked like it had doors at one time but were removed which caused the floor to get puddle with water. Those are easy fixes and the management said they would rectify the issue.

The highlight of this property were the staff and location. Such friendly hosts, particularly Makis, and the location was so close to the port, restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, super convenient to also have a lift in the hotel. Makis allowed us to check in early which we appreciated. We had a small balcony in our room too, which would’ve been better if it had a drying line for our clothes/towels. Overall, the location and staff made this hotel great.

The noise is unfortunately the biggest let down for the hotel. Our room backed onto a kids games area that was loud all night long, and the windows weren’t sound proof so you could hear everything. Also, the walls within the hotel were so thin so you could hear every conversation, and other guests coming home at 3am very loudly. There needs to be better sound proofing and curfew rules to avoid this, because it was difficult to sleep. Aso, the wifi was very slow the first few days. We told reception and it improved slightly, but the service in the rooms was not great. These factors unfortunately have let down the score, but if you can get past this then it’s a great place to stay.

The Hotel has an excellent location with Reception open 24/7. Hotel service was very good. I requested extra pillows which were promptly and happily provided. Breakfast was not included in our booking but was offered for 10 euro each. I took a look at it in the morning and it looked okay if you were on the run, we preferred to go out.

We requested twin beds but the beds are right next to each other. We are not a couple so I tried to pull them apart but they wouldn't budge as they are attached to the headboard I asked for assistance and they sent someone right away who kindly pulled them as far as they would go which was one way only and about a foot. Service and location were both excellent, the room was okay.

Excellent location. Good breakfast and very nice owner. It’s only 2 minutes from tour pickup (Orasis) and the port.

The night clubs around the hotels are loud in the weekends. Make sure your windows are closed. We didn’t have the balcony room, which is probably worth it. The music blares until around 3am, but it’s not the fault of the hotel. I just don’t know why Naxos allows this because it’s otherwise a very peaceful, relaxing island. I don’t think it has to try to become another “party” island.

Very clean breakfast had a good choice plus in the middle of everything if you wanted something more substantial.

From the port the location was great but right opposite the hotel if you were at the front the noise from the nightclub at the weekend could be heard through the closed doors. Didn’t get much sleep the first night.

Xenia is my hotel of choice in Naxos Chora. Modern, spotlessly clean bedrooms, large comfortable beds, top of the range showers, decent buffet breakfast, good helpful reception. Location almost right on the harbour, about 10.minutes walk from the ferry disembarkation point.

Close to the centre. Staff were helpful. Good luggage storage facilities. Decent room, clean with the necessary amenities. Easy to get to without a car as there’s no car access. Decent breakfast.

There was no parking but this isn’t advertised anyways. Everything was perfect for a short stay.

I loved everything about it! the location my 2nd time there for under 24 hours, next time coming back for way longer. Exceptionally big rooms and the view was perfect. Few min from the port. Restos, pubs, Seconds away, super accommodating & pleasant reception. Really good looking breakfast, I only grabbed some bread. Really fresh! Enjoyed everything about this place. I’m really looking forward to going back next year. Also super friendly staff! Thank you for everything!

The bed and pillows are comfortable and the location is ideal, just up from the sea. The staff are friendly and there is complimentary raki in the lobby. The breakfast has a lot of good choices. And we appreciated being able to store our bags safely after check out for the day so we could explore the island for the day.

Wonderful stay in a great location in Naxos. Walk from the port. Delicious free breakfast. George helped with a very reasonable car rental delivered to us right there. Just a little tough to find with all the small streets and hills. Will go back!
