Situated on the hillside with stunning views towards the bay. A short walk to the beachfront area and old town along a well lit path. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which was very convenient. Heleni is a wonderful hostess along with the other reception staff. Nothing was a problem and such welcoming and friendly people. Breakfast on the outside veranda was an absolute winner. A nice size comfortable room with a smallish bathroom but very manageable and small patio facing the pool area. There is a lovely outside pool with loungers and lots of space. It was a perfect stay and I recommend highly.

A bit noisy in the passage at times but this is no fault of the hotel and the management. Guests just need to be more considerate of others.

We had a great 4night stay at Eri hotel. We had a twin room, with very comfortable beds and the room was very clean, cleaned daily and was well air conditioned. We enjoyed sitting at the pool, with comfortable sunbeds and shade. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The balcony looked over the pool and had a great view to the sea. Fabulous to watch the sunsets in the evening. The hotel is about a 10/15min walk from the sea front, but it is a nice walk which is lit at night. Lots of lovely places to eat nearby, and we also loved the boat trips to other beaches and Antiparos from the port, 20mins walk from the hotel.

All the staff were very welcoming and very helpful in booking us ATVs and taxis to get around the island. The pool is a good size and a good amount of pool loungers are available. The breakfast selection was a typical continental style buffet, but all the food was very good and fresh. The size of our apartment was great! Plenty of space. It's a bit of a walk to get into town, but it was nice to walk off the food from dinner! There is a path that avoids the busy main road that we always took.

The bathroom was outdated- the sink water pressure was a bit more than a trickle but not by much. The shower water temperature could vary and change quickly without touching the dial. I felt like the description of the hotel online was quite accurate though, it's charming in an outdated way, so I wasn't as fussed about this.

Rustic hotel with massive family room, cleaned every day - while hotel was spotless. Good air con and washing machine provided with powder etc in the family suite. Good breakfast, good pool that was reasonably quiet despite being peak summer.

Not a massive deal as we knew in advance but it was a bit of a walk to the port. There was a path some of the way which was brilliant and lit but the roads don’t have footpaths which felt a bit stressful with kids. Limited food choices in the hotel in the day time, and cash only in the hotel bar. But not really complaints just things to be aware of.

Pool was refreshing, the hotel grounds are stunning ! The owners are just the absolute best!! So so friendly and kind and so helpful always looking to help and give advice. A very short but lovely walk into the town. If you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk 5m then it’s perfect.

I found the pool really quite deep and apart from stepping in you cannot touch the floor at all which is quite annoying when you want to enjoy with a toddler but they do have noodles so that helped!! Air con wasn’t allowed to be kept on all day so a bit annoying in the evening when you came in it was quite hot. Plus it was not the best air con tbh.

This hotel and Paros were the highlight of my 3 week island hopping holiday. The hotel is in a beautiful location, high up so you get the amazing views from your balcony. The staff always had a cheerful greeting for you and the hotel is spotless and very good WiFi. The pool is big with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas, a small but tasty bar menu. Paros is special and so is this hotel.

The bathroom towels were so rough that they would take your suntan off. I would have liked a shower mat as from a health and safety point I found the shower floor very slippery.

Accommodations were very nice. We were travelling with our 3 teenage children and our room was gigantic! Even still, Helen(?) offered a separate bedroom for my husband and me right by the large room so we could have our own private sleeping space. This was above and beyond expected! We so appreciated this gesture. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the seating on the outside patio provided a very relaxing and beautiful place to start our days! The van transfer from the ferry port to the hotel (and back again) was very convenient and economical (only 15 euros for our family of 5). The pool was very refreshing and a nice area. Being able to order food and drinks from the bar area was nice. The port and restaurants and shops were just a short 10 min walk away (down a convenient path that led directly from the property). We could have gotten a taxi, but the walk was easy and convenient.

I can't think of anything to improve on, except maybe a few more pool loungers would have been nice. The pool was well attended one of our days so all the loungers were taken. But there were still chairs available, so we all still had somewhere to sit, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

A charming hotel with equally charming staff! This is not for those seeking 5 Star opulence, but rather those who appreciate a reminder of what grand hotels used to be like. The views are beautiful, the pool is well maintained (but deep!), and the pool bar great value. The path into town is well lit & it’s a lovely walk home after dinner. The buffet breakfast is very adequate. Great to be able to have a hire car delivered to the door!

We loved it! Having said that, it is probably time the bathrooms had a refresh!

The views are amazing and the 6 bedroom apartment was great to have so much space for two people but the apartment is old and needs updating. Having said that I still recommend people to go and it's definitely value for money for a family and with plenty of room for everyone. 4 bathrooms!!! and self contained kitchen. Great for long and short stays. The walk to the beach is not too bad in the heat and good exercise. Breakfast was pastries, fruit and eggs, juices, coffee etc.

Nothing to complain about. All good.

The staff at the hotel contributed to it being a perfect holiday.From the day staff to the evening staff ,everyone of them were helpful and very friendly. Rooms were adequate for our needs as was the rest of the hotel and especially the nice swimming pool.

My only negative comment was the walk in to town which was a bit of a trek in the heat. You have to realise that you would not find a hotel in the centre of town with all the space the Eri offers however. We certainly hope to return in the near future.
